I'm proud to present you this MOC of Petra Great Temple in Lego Architecture style designed by Bert Van Raemdonck! Thank to him and its free 3D model, I managed to re-build it with real bricks! :)
Here the original project by Bert Van Raemdonck:

I wanted to complete its MOC with a little rocky context, typical of Petra. I'm always thinking that the fame of this Temple is mostly due to Indiana Jones' movie "The Last Crusade"! :)
Thank you again Bert! :)

Troll A is the world’s biggest natural gas platform, built between 1992 and 1995. From the seabed to the tip of the flare boom it measures 472 meters or 1548 feet. If it stood onshore it would surpass New York’s Empire State Building by almost 30 meters! While it is currently situated 65 kilometers (40 miles) off the coast of Norway, it was constructed in the safety of Vats fjord and then towed to the Troll gas field. It is the tallest and, at 656,000 tons, the heaviest structure ever moved. Since it started operation in 1996, the platform was extended several times to be able to further exploit the draining supplies of natural gas and crude oil under the North Sea, extracting around 100,000 m3 or 3,300,000 ft3 per day, together with Troll B and Troll C.
The model consists of 3,150 pieces, is built in scale 1:650, and features a blue whale for scale.
Uppsala City Hall was first built 1957. However, it was only partially built according to the original drawings. This year the shape of the building was completed by Henning Larsen Architects. LEGO model has about 9300 bricks and is about 50x50 cm. If you want, you can visit Uppsala City Hall to see this model built ”non-digital” by Daniel Eggens.
Christmas is over and summer is in mind. So I built this small seaside villa where you can feel the sea breeze, watch the boats pass by and enjoy the sun beams dancing on your skin...
The boat was the trickiest part of this build. I hope no one eats it.
Berlin's TV tower stands 368 meters tall in the center of the city, adjacent to the historic Red City Hall and the 700 years old St. Mary's Church.
Both models consist of a combined 4,182 pieces and are built in scale 1:650.
Pyke, the seat of House Greyjoy.
Westeros.
Game of Thrones.
I'm a huge fan of Game of Thrones, so decided to build something related to that. The obvious castles would have been King's Landing or Winterfell but to me Pyke seemed more interesting, visually. I could build according to the description in the books but add something of my own as well and end up creating my version of it.
Also, I had an opportunity to do some more rockwork, :-) how could I lets that pass.... :-) :-) I used curved slope on plate for most of the rock.
My first attempt at modern-ish architecture. The house is designed with a bachelor pad in mind, more specifically a guitarist/musician (hence the guitar collection and piano).
"Gathered friends... Listen again to the Legend of the BIONICLE."
A microscale landscape build with a central location from the island of Mata Nui, with a minifigure trophy part representing Takanuva, Toa of Light.
Taking inspiration from different depictions of Kini Nui temple from three separate BIONICLE media: the temple hidden in the jungle as depicted in commercials for the first BIONICLE sets, the four-spired temple in Mata Nui Online Game, and the area across the stream with the sand pit and the giant Toa head carving that features prominently in BIONICLE: Mask of Light.
Main temple structure was originally built for New Elementary Parts Fest
This is an Ancient Temple from India. This is the Nagara style of Architecture which was fully developed in the 10th century. Such Temples exist till date and are very much in use as a place of worship and pilgrimage. In Hinduism the devotee offers flowers and fruit to the 'deity' as a form of worship. Therefore we always see stalls selling garlands, flowers and fruit outside a temple. A visit to the Temple is not a sombre event, and could be an evening outing for the family or a 'picnic' Therefore one finds a 'fair' like atmosphere around the entrance.
For my third entry in the 2025 Marchitecture contest, I kept it simple by building a tiny Golden Gate Bridge with fewer than 20 pieces, alongside Alcatraz!
And so it begins...
A month ago, I announced my project, SPQR: Imperial Rome, alongside the launch of my Patreon page. I knew that if I were to make the Patreon content more meaningful, I needed something special to drive interest and engagement in the crucial early days, months and (hopefully) years. That is why I am particularly keen on delivering on these expectations as soon as possible. So, without further ado, I'm happy to offer the first look at the design process for SPQR!

Put a tiger in your tank - Part 2*
If you think about retro gas station you probably think about something really cool and stylish: modernist architecture, art deco gas pumps and other outstanding car stuff displayed outside the station.
You can find all this in the elegant gas station designed in 1953 by the Dutch architect Willem Marinus Dudok. Here made of LEGO bricks.
The design of Dudok was simple and brilliant simultaneously. According to the mission he received from ESSO Netherlands, the station had to be functional and inexpensive to produce.
It was just after World War II and raw materials were scarce.
At the same time the road network grew and pumping stations had to be placed anywhere.
112 Dudok Esso stations were placed along the Dutch highways.
My LEGO Dudok Esso gas station has the same features of the real one: an elegant design, a v-shaped roof on both sides, two gas pumps on a dark grey platform, different advertising signs and other stuff.
The shop is on the front of the station; a detailed service garage is located at the back (you probably find out something familiar with my previous garage and workshop).
There are a lot of details both outside and inside the building, let's take a look.
In the shop you can find a big desk with a vintage phone, a cash register and a architect lamp. A big clock is positioned on the wall close to the shelves where you can see the oil cans and an old radio. Two neon lights and a fan are hung on the ceiling support.
The garage at the back features a lot of utensils, advertising signs and other stuff. Take a look at the Michelin Man (Bibendum).
My VW Type 2 T1 decked up in Esso livery fits perfectly in this scene.
You can see the real Esso station looking at the last picture of this album, photographed at the National Automobile Museum Collection Louwman (The Netherlands) where was placed in 2004.
I built this brand new MOC last winter and I’m particularly fond of it.

Original building was constructed in 1645 as a private palace in Uppsala, Sweden. From 1710 the building was used as the town hall. The building received its current exterior in 1883.
Modular building is constructed of three parts, 32x32 studs, where the middle part can be used as a separate modular building. Middle part contains a staircase. Total about 13000 bricks. Some bricks have been chosen in colors that are not currently available to make the final result look more like the real building. Computer rendering.
LEGO scale model of three medieval towers and their surroundings in Ghent, Belgium. Featuring the Saint Nicholas church, medieval Belfry tower and Saint Bavo’s Cathedral.
Scale 1:500
Combined dimensions: 116 x 32 cm
~10.000 parts in total
Based loosely on BCD's Hardware Store instructions. This model includes a roll-up garage door, a larger Deck leading to the second floor residence, and an addition third floor. The shop includes more tools and a slightly redesigned dock. Signage. The second floor is all living room and kitchen. the third floor contains the master bedroom, a second smaller bedroom/office, and the bathroom. Access to the roof is via a hatch in the roof and a fixed ladder in the upper stairwell. The HVAC equipment is beefed up slightly as well, with a dedicated duct for the lower floors. The delivery truck is redesigned with seating for 2 using the vehicle base part, and the wooden bed rails are from 2 - 1x8 brown fence pieces (+ other subtle differences).
Built for New Elementary Parts Festival, inspired by the Duomos of Florence and Milan.
See here for details on parts usage and build process.
For those who are unfamiliar with the Cathedral, this is a comparison between my MOC and the real one!
I also like to remember that the Cathedral of Trani was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002!
