The lone shepherd herded his goats towards the small stream, content now that the war was over. The terrible war that had ruined the land was finally over, peace had come over the country. The soldier has now become the shepherd, content with the peace he could now enjoy.
My extremely late and final entry into the CCC.
The Medieval Husbandry Category
Edit: Phew! Got it in with 1 minute to spare. :P
I whipped this creation out in a couple hours this afternoon after work, I seem to do a lot of last minute entries. :P I have to say, having basically NO brown plates killed me (all of them are in Laketown). :P 99% of the brown you see is using the 3x3 curved brown plate. I used about 8 brown plates in this build, 7 of them were 1x1, the other was 2x4. This looks better in person, but I think the picture turned out ok. The angled piece looks harsher in the person than in real life, but oh well. I had fun experiment with it. :)
Enjoy!
Soli Deo Gloria!

My submission to the construction mecha challenge in the Mechahub Group.
If this thing actually existed, I would totally want to drive it.
Now it was time to build a castle moc again :-).
I saw the wall technique at BrickVader and mr. moovas MOC`s and love it from the first Moment.
Wasn't quite was I was hoping for. But Whatever, lol.

"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness"
The missing parts represent those portions of scripture which believers tend to disregard. Paul clearly had a profound love and zeal for ALL of God's word. Do we?
I've wanted to make a scale Elite for a while now, and finally got around to it. Whaddya think? Depending on your reactions, I'll post an exploded view for those who can't figure out how it's made :)
Alien build for Andromeda's Gates on Eurobricks, see the story post here: www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=111700
Found some time to build last night. Based on a Talros concept art, or at least I think. Not the most detailed build, but it is very strong and was fun. Also sorry for shit pictures, only had 10 min to take pictures and crop
This is my LEGO build of an earthrise.
You can help make it a real LEGO set by voting for it on LEGO Ideas:

Lego mecha, unpiloted. I thought the barnacle shooter would make a good head design and went from there. No particular frame was used. I was going for a relatively smooth build with some military looking weaponry.
A bulky (Putting it mildly) foe from the Brotherhood of Mutants finally lumbers onto the battlefield.
This morning I was hit with the desire to build Blob. I love the X-Men and while I’m limited with my build options due to a lack of actual figures, I can still whip out some cool mutant builds. I had intended to; and started to; construct a build with this figure, but after a while I came to realize that I really didn’t want to do a lone Blob build, and I don’t currently have the parts to make some other members of the Brotherhood that’d like to include with (The problem being that when I build in my head the parts required then don’t magically appear in front of me!). You won’t see Blob in a build soon to be honest, but he’ll be back for seconds eventually.
Anyway, I think I’m starting to get pretty good building figures. Blob is not perfect, most notably he lacks a face (A problem for all builders at such as small scale), but the rest of him is great in my opinion. I do want to add articulation in his legs but for now I’m very satisfied with him as is. It might be nice to get some kind of face printed for him though.
Ah! Finally something that isn't the Strike Gundam! Only got a couple of good shots before my camera died, unfortunately. With this, I am pretty much retired for a while!
Awhile ago I had asked Yale (97legomaniac- Transformers/Customs) during a trade to sculpt a Lucario head for me. Yale decided to do me a favor and made the whole body for me to paint. I have made Pokémon figures but this is the start of my collab with them.
On my list of Pokémon I wanted to make Lucario was on the list, my favorite version is the one in the Lucario and the mystery of Mew movie.
Here is what it looks like with no paint: www.flickr.com/photos/97legomaniac/34273887115/in/datepos...
As I said Yale sculpted onto parts of the head, legs, hands, hip. The only sculpting I did was the top part of the legs, besides that Yale did everything else except paint. He decided to do something interesting with the arms and put magnets into them so that they can easily stick onto the torso block piece.
Pretty much it and there's a lot more to come later.
What do you think!?
Any parts that are not tan can be in any color; they will be hidden by the landscaping.
Parts list for one hex (93 pieces):
20 tan cheese slopes
4 tan 1x1 technic bricks
4 tan headlight bricks
12 (any color) headlight bricks
10 tan 1x1 plates
16 tan 1x1 bricks
4 (any color, any type) 1x1 bricks
16 (any color, any type) 1x1 plates
2 tan 1x2 bricks
2 (any color) 1x2 bricks
2 (any color) 1x2/1x4 brackets
1 (any color) 2x4 plate
Multiply all that by 19 to get all the land hexes, add 18 hexes (where all tan parts are blue) for the water, and you'll understand why it took me so long. :D
Chess figures built with LEGO bricks are not new, but I wanted to add my version to the idea. I think chess figures on their own are a little sober. So to bring them to life I thought it interesting to confront the chess figures with original LEGO characters! ;-)
This should be finished very soon (yeah, I know I said the same thing four months ago!). It's been almost finished for a while now, but I've only just recently gotten around to building more due to lack of leisure time during school.
Also, does anyone have four of these pieces and is willing to sell? I'm wanting to use them on this car, but it's pretty rare and overly expensive on Bricklink. These would be perfect for this car.
And on another note, this photo was taken with my new (used) 18-140mm lens, which I got to replace the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8. The Sigma was really nice (super sharp from f/4, and not bad at f/2.8), but I sold it because auto focus was not consistent enough for car photography on the Nikon D3100. Hopefully this 18-140mm lens works well.
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas yesterday!
