We paid a visit to this huge abandoned school which used to be a farm school gymnasium and a Medical Pedagogical Institute. Guess it closed down around the year 2008. It is a huge terrain with a lot of buildings. Not very much to see, but the gym and the hallway is worth the visit.

Visited this location in February 2012.

I was inspired by an image I found online, and created this piece from it. I find this to be ironic because I essentially etched a series of disconnected lines.

This piece was regretfully dropped and damaged, which is why there appears to be spotting here and there. It's because though preserved, bits of residual powder managed to re-adhere themselves to the screen. I did some touching up on the main line work, but decided to let the shaded parts be.

The damage occurred a few months ago, but the spotting has grown on me so I don't mind it anymore. It has since been more properly preserved.

Part of the Bara Imambara, in Lucknow (India), this is part of Bhool Bhulaiya. Bhul Bhulaiya is a labyrinth of hundreds of narrow stairways and passages, some of which have dead-ends, some end at precipitous drops while others lead to entrance or exit points. You need to be with a guide who knows the labyrinth to visit the monument.

Brace yourselves cos this is gonna be a loooong post, but I promisse you will like it^^

Today I went on a hunt and boy was it hard! Its located inside a maze, the Falln Labyrinth, and from the name of the place you can get an idea of whats comming... fake walls and floors to say the least! You will look tiny shinny orbs, distributed on 2 floors, and inside the orbs everything from poses to outfits and wings. The maze itself is very well conceived, complicated but beautiful, and you might find fairies, castles and parks around every corner. I refrained my urge to cheat and use the camera mode to get me out of a few dead ends, and my reward was a very fun hunt, on a very good Sim. Oh and i managed to get some 90% of the items, so it can be done without cheating, so bring a friend along and have some fun. The hunt ends on June 26th

Most of the items shown are free, (including skin, shoes, hair and 'special effects') and can be found at the Falln Labyrinth's hunt. Picture taken there too.

You can see the lines of the pathway much more clearly here, though it becomes muddled as it turns around the tree in the center.

A labyrinth is a magical single path maze. A maze has many paths and is essentially a left-brain puzzle. A labyrinth is a right-brain intuition and creativity enhancer. Let the labyrinth answer your questions and bring you peace.

FINGER LABYRINTH is a 4 circuit portable, personal labyrinth sculpture that resembles carved plaster. Each finger labyrinth will be made to order and based on the purchaser's selection of a base color.

Each finger labyrinth pattern is based on a 4 circuit circular labyrinth measuring 9 inches in diameter & approximately 1.25 inches in height. The foundation of this piece is a styrofoam disc with a built-up path made of air dry clay. The foundation is then paper mached and/or filled in with paper clay for durability & to make the surface resemble plaster. It is painted with white acrylic paint with base color peeking through peeking through the crackled surface. The surface is then finished with a protective coating that make the path smooth & durable.

It feels very solid, like a wooden finger labyrinth, but is lightweight like a plastic one. The texture is smooth and comfortable and resembles a ceramic piece. Each labyrinth comes with a hole to hang on the wall when not in use, but it also can be propped against an easel or a books.

It is a piece of art as well as a spiritual or healing tool! As a tool a labyrinth is meant to be "walked" with the finger as a form of mediation. Finger labyrinths are portable versions of a walking labyrinth, so my labyrinths are made for people to be able to have the benefits of a labyrinth in constrained contexts!
