In July 2012, the Alicia Ashman Library showcased titles featuring the history and literature of World War I in its Beyond the Page display. The Beyond the Page campaign is a joint effort of the Dane County Library Service and the Madison Community Foundation to create a permanent endowment that will support humanities programming in all 28 public libraries in Dane County. On 26 December in Kyiv, the national knowledge management portal "We are developing the e-governance" was presented at the national press-conference "E-governance: Practice of Introducing Local Initiatives" at UNIAN Information Agency.
It was organised by the Association of E-Governance Cities of Ukraine, the National E-Governance Centre, and the National Academy for Public Administration under UNDP support.

Even if we dedicate our whole life, we won't scratch the surface of all the printed text out there.... but then again, somethings never changes, so do we even have to read them all?
