India is the birth place of yoga. But the knowledge is not bound by Indian Territory, it’s universal in nature. That is why we can find yogis and yoga studios in every nook and corner of the world. But the real concern is that whether these people are practicing and teaching yoga in its traditional way or not?

In order to address these concerns we need standards in yoga teaching and teachers training. But who is authorised to set these standards??

As of now there are few authorised bodies like AYUSH MINISTRY by Govt if India, Various YOGA ASHRAMS across India, STED council, YOGA ALLIANCE - USA and many reputed UNIVERSITY of India are providing various courses and Yoga Teachers Training Certificate (YTTC). It ranges from one month TTC to 5 year PhD programs.

In the recent decades, due to the unprecedented way of growth in demand of Yoga teachers across the world YOGA TTC programs became highly popular.

The basic nature of these 200, 300 and 500 hour programs (one month to three month) is like the way back of traditional way of learning called "GURUKULA SAMBRATHAYA" where the student learn the theoretical and practical knowledge of yoga from the master as a residential program.

Programs like these will mainly focus on behavioural conduct, physical practice, human anatomy, breath work, meditation, yogic diet, teaching methodologies and traditional philosophy.

AMODAGIRI YOGA SANCTUARY is focusing on above detailing with individual care. We are providing Teacher training certification called REGISTERD YOGA TRAINER 200 (RYT200) which is valid internationally. Apart from this various certification under the STED council of India, which is also internationally recognised? Additionally we are providing coaching for AYUSH MINISTRY CERTIFICATIONS which is directly recognized by Govt of India.

Team AMODAGIRI is well equipped with all facilities with that you need to become a yoga aspirant/trainer. Anyone who is interested in yoga can attend these programs.

My very beautiful mother. Her story is etched unto her skin, and I wish that she was not ashamed of that.

My daughter set these 3 pictures up and I like them very much. She loves to experiment with different poses and dress for this little one and as you can they are pretty cool.

Knowledge of what is does not open the door directly to what should be.

Perhaps on the darkest of one of a number of endless planets. Perhaps on the surface of a solar system we do not know is yet there. Perhaps on a land still unseen by our mirrors no matter how shiny. Perhaps a life that still finds its way to the surface. Perhaps a reminder that we cannot contain a mystery, a dream, or perhaps a freak of nature. Perhaps we are not worthy of knowledge. #nature #life #planet #surface #reminder #mystery #freakofnature #perhaps #mirror #telescope #endless #darkness #solarsystem #arewereallyalone #unseen #blue #black #eerie #strange #isitreallyreal #canitreallybetrue #contain #worthy #knowledge
