I had the pleasure of shooting Tabitha in studio yesterday right before Anna. All around a busy day but this also gave me some time to play around with the PLM more and try and find out more about it's characteristics and traits. This was a similar setup to the shot with Grace last week.
Strobist: BTS/Setup video Einstein with 86" soft silver PLM 75° CR and a very large white foam core from Home Depot just out of frame CL 90° to bounce some fill in on the front of her.
Warning!!!! Please no creepers. I've had a big issue recently with folks who favorite it only to check and they have no photostream but go around favoriting pics of women. This is not that kind of photography and I will block anyone who favorites it that doesn't have a photostream with recent relative photo's of their own. It's sketchy and will be dealt with promptly. I apologize to those who legitimately leave feedback Thanks and enjoy!
i had to go to Oakdale this afternoon, and on the way back i went thru knights ferry, and stopped for a couple of shots of the historic bridge ... it is the longest covered wooden bridge west of the missippippi ( 330 feet ).... i remember as a kid we used to be able to drive over this bridge, and there was a signal at each end to let you know when to go ... it's single lane and was a bit rickity as i recall, but it was fun!
13C Knights Templar chapel in a hill-top Bastide called La Couvertoirade,north of Lodeve.It was hand held at 1/3sec so it is a bit blurry and obviously no flash.The bastide had many beautiful houses mainly converted to craft shops .
My dad used to have a pair of old statuettes based on ancient chess pieces, which he bought from a museum somewhere. There was a queen and a knight and the knight looked bit like this. I smashed the shit out of those things.

Knight is made of black and dark blue plastic with matte black and silver paint. He comes with a cape and his Dark Visor rapier.
White Knight Two is roughly three times larger than White Knight, in order to perform a captive carry with the larger SpaceShipTwo spacecraft. The WK2 is similar in wingspan to a B-29 Superfortress. Despite that comparison, White Knight Two is a thoroughly modern aircraft - even the flight control cables are constructed of carbon fibre, using a new patented design.
WK2 will provide preview flights offering several seconds of weightlessness, before the actual suborbital event. It is intended to have a service ceiling of about 60,000 ft (18 km), offering a dark blue sky to passengers. This will allow tourists to practice before the real flight.
WhiteKnightTwo consists of a twin boom with two jet engines per hull. One hull is an exact replica of that of SpaceShipTwo (to allow tourist training), and the other will carry cut-rate day-trippers into the stratosphere.
The design is quite different from the White Knight, both in size, use of tail, engine configuration and placement of cockpit(s). The White Knight uses two T-tails, but the WhiteKnightTwo uses two cruciform tails. Engine configuration is also very different, with engines hung underneath the wings on the WhiteKnightTwo as opposed to engines on either side of the sole cockpit on the White Knight.
A sword of the Knights Templar from about 1878. Surprised when identified as expected something like this to be much harder to obtain. Steel blade made by Solingen, Germany with old mark. Black wood handle with brass hilt and knights helm on butt of handle. Some of these old swords can be obtained right now at bargain prices starting around $500 on Ebay, and may be a good investment as they can't fall too much further, but make sure you are getting the real thing and not one of the current replicas that abound.
