The sunlight from the door window was so bright that I decided to under expose just enough to only show the bright highlights around the cat. I thought it was really cool and wanted to share it with ya'll!

I know, that plant is right in the middle...but the little fella was chewing it and I couldn't lose that sweet face.
I visited Mr Black Cat today and took this pix of him peeking out of his hide-away. [Actually, I don't know the gender --and don't want to call this cat "it" so for now we'll pretend he's a male--]
Black kitty seems to be living in the bushes near a church/community garden . I asked around today to see if I could find his home....but so far no one was even aware this cat existed.
I put out some more food.....and will canvas the area knocking on doors to make sure this cat doesn't belong to someone before I decide to trap him.
Don't know what I'll do with this sweet kitty if I do catch him. We don't need another cat....in fact, it would add stress to my three cat household. But I can't in good conscience leave him to live in the bushes and be exposed to danger.
Update:
Within days after posting this, I caught this sweet male cat, had him neutered and my vet had clients who adopted him. Happy ending.

My kitty. The breed is a Thai crossbreed. It turned out to be some kind of funny chupacabra. We love her very much. They gave her the name Vasilisa!
I take Zsa for a walk around the block every day, rain, snow, shine. this is our friend Kitty. not sure what her real name is. Everyday Kitty comes out to the sidewalk and greets us.If Kitty isn't there Zsa looks for her.
