Ember--the athletic kitty--loves climbing on things like ladders and dollys (seen here).
I'm actually surprised that she didn't start chasing her tail while she was hanging head-down, because she's done that before more than once.

This is Kitty, she is Josh's housemates' cat. She is lovely (sometimes). When I am there and watching tv or dvd, she comes and sits on my lap.

Our foster kitty.
We found her all alone when she was only around three-four weeks old, next to Zay's soccer field. We brought her home and started her on antibiotics for her respiratory infection and ointment for her swollen, crusty eyes. First it took force-feeding cat formula to get anything down her. Then she started lapping at the syringe and we were able to go from formula, to wet cat food, to a mix of wet and dry food over the course of a couple weeks. Her weight has nearly doubled since we took her in and a few days ago we brought her to my parents' house. They are going to officially adopt her once I've had her spayed (she's one or two ounces from reaching weight.) I'm so thrilled for her to have the safe, loving home she deserves. They've named her Elf. =)
*This photo was taken several weeks ago, when she was still pretty crusty and feeble. She now looks SO much better, filling out with clear eyes and nose, and a fluffy coat.
Kitty is trying to sleep and is managing to ignore my camera lens which is only inches from his face. He has had an injured paw recently after fighting with another cat, so he has been looking for cuddles and lots of reassurance. This means we have had to do everything in shifts - while one of us looks after Kitty, the other makes dinner, etc. But when you look at this photograph, it is all worthwhile - he is so gorgeous and so loving.
