This decor is a monument in Hyner View State Park. The shape formed by the cement on the ground is a keystone, the state symbol. I am not sure what a keystone is! This park a beautiful place on the top of a mountain in Hyner, PA. We found it by accident while driving around. The viewpoint here is in Hyner View State Park. This view point is only open in the late spring to early fall months.
