This is a convenient spot for beach weddings that require a vendor to unload equipment and that is relatively close to the parking lot. Located at North Beach between lifeguard towers #3 and #4, just south of the concession building (watersports concession).

My Dads hobby was metal detecting, this photo was taken just after he found this 18 K gold and platinum wedding band in the ocean.

He once found a Philadelphia 76 championship ring in the water - Hollywood Florida. He gave it back to the owner who happened to be one of the secretary's at the time for the team. The ring had been in the water for 5 years.

Required sibling shot on the sandbar in the unbelievably shallow Gulf...it looked better further away, but I'm attempting to bring back the fifties with my sarong suit and Dad's "lady golf hat."
