(August 21, 2013) Congressman Ed Royce visits the Baan Kredtrakarn Protection and Occupational Development Center in Pak Kred.
These young soldiers appeared to have been asked to help with the rescue efforts for the local community. But first, the drill!

(August 21, 2013) Congressman Ed Royce visits the Baan Kredtrakarn Protection and Occupational Development Center in Pak Kred.
The woman appeared slightly embarrassed when I found this hi-tech kiln behind the old "turtle-back" one.
I went out to get some catnip for the other cats in the home and came back to find Aom hugging this gorgeous kitten. It was love at first sight, just like with Sammy, so we had no hesitation in taking him on. So far he appears a confident little kitten and is enjoying his new found freeom and opportunity

No, we didn't fly Thai Airlines, but they have great colors ("livery") and I like planes all lined up. We flew China Airlines, which was least expensive, but no one should be in coach for 14 hours, let alone overnight, on any airplane.
