I think it is interesting how Kai seems to oscillate between several conflicting expressions in this picture. If he were a cat or a horse, his ears would probably be turned in different directions.

Kai is very sweet, his muzzle is just because he is a rescue dog and his owner Paula is being responsible. It really doesn't bother him, we have worked out how to give him a biscuit with it on so he's a happy boy.
