“In the center of the painting is the Savior of the world, seated on the heavenly throne. His face is stern and calm, like the face of a righteous, impartial judge. In the folds of His eyebrows, in the shadows of His face, there is a great, unearthly sorrow for the world, for the sins of humanity, and from behind it shines an impulse of boundless mercy. In His right hand Christ holds a cross, in His left an open Gospel. From behind His right shoulder, the face of the Mother of God looks out. She stands with downcast eyes, Her face is full of anxiety and worry for the world, full of sorrow and prayer for the sins of humanity, addressed to Her Son. Christ is surrounded by symbolic images of the evangelists, to his left stands John the Baptist in a humble pose, to his right is an archangel, below is another archangel with righteous scales in one hand and a scroll in the other, and on both sides of this archangel, at some distance from him, are two flying archangels blowing trumpets calling the Supreme Judge to account. In the clouds above Christ sit the apostles and saints with stern faces, full of grandeur and anxiety in anticipation of the great moment. Below, on the left side of the Savior, is placed the serpent - the tempter, and under him are sinners rising from the depths of the sea, covered with corpses. Some of the sinners look at the Judge with trembling, others with meekness and submission, with faith in His great mercy, and others, not yet having time to come to their senses and understand the full importance of the moment that has come, turn away from the heavenly throne in horror. Below, to the right of Christ, are the righteous. Their faces are calm and focused, full of humility, and some have the reverent solemnity characteristic of a believer. They meet the call to the Last Judgment with the same humility with which they have always remembered it and awaited it. Below them, at the very bottom of the painting, is the chaos of destruction, coffins everywhere, piles of human skeletons, the dead rise from the coffins and rush to the throne of the Righteous Judge. The entire lower part of the painting is filled with flames of fire, destroying the visible world.”

It is wonderful to discover old spontaneous experiments and their statements while cleaning up, and to marvel at them.
Scenes on the ceiling depict different stories in horizontal tiers of mosaic - starting at the top, Choirs of Angels, Thrones, Dominations and Powers; stories from the Book of Genesis; stories of Joseph; stories of Mary and the Christ and finally in the lower tier, stories of Saint John the Baptist.
Fresco "Judgment of Pilate" above the Northern entrance to the cathedral.
Artist Pavlo Sviedomskyi in collaboration with Vilhelm Kotarbinskyi.
The Trial of Pilate is the trial of the Roman procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate, over Jesus Christ, described in the Gospels. The Judgment of Pilate is included in the Passion of Christ.
The Passion (suffering) of Christ - according to the Gospels, a set of events that brought physical and spiritual suffering to Jesus Christ in the last days and hours of his earthly life, in particular the Last Supper, the kiss of Judas, the prayer for the cup... A special place among the Passion of Christ is occupied by events what happened after the Last Supper: arrest, trial, scourging and execution. The Crucifixion is the culminating moment of the Passion of Christ.
Pilate twice brought Jesus out to the people, declaring that he did not find in him any guilt worthy of death (Luke 23:22). The second time this was done after his torture, which was intended to arouse the pity of the people, showing that Jesus had already been punished by Pilate. Pilate went out again and said to them:
- «Behold, I am bringing Him out to you, so that you may know that I do not find any guilt in Him.»
Then Jesus came out wearing a crown of thorns and a scarlet robe.
And Pilate said to them: Behold, Man! (John 19:4-5)

2019 Christian Dance Songs "God's Great Work Has Been Completed" | Praise God for Gaining Glory
We who follow Christ of the last days witness to the entire universe:
God’s great work has been completed.
Almighty God has appeared in the flesh, expressing truths to save mankind.
We’ve heard the voice of the bridegroom, we’ve been lifted up before God.
We’ve finally attended the Lamb’s feast, entered into the training of the kingdom.
Judgment has begun with the house of God, His disposition has been entirely revealed.
The truth of God’s words conquers us, we fall before God and worship Him.
Our hearts and minds have been fully laid bare by God’s words.
Undergoing God’s trials and refinement, our corrupt dispositions are cleansed.
Through God’s judgment we see His righteousness and holiness.
God’s people are obedient before Him, and are faithful to God to the death.
God has thoroughly defeated Satan, making a group of overcomers.
We who follow Christ of the last days witness to the entire universe:
God’s great work has been completed, He has gained full glory.
Almighty God has unfolded the judgment of the last days, launching the Age of Kingdom.
All denominations are in a panic, all people are forced to seek the true way.
The clever virgins hear God’s voice and are raised before God before the disaster.
All who refuse to accept Christ of the last days will sink into disaster.
God is almighty and wise in His work, He sorts all people according to their kind.
All nations and peoples come to the light, submitting before God’s throne.
The prospects of the kingdom are infinitely bright, displaying a fervent scene.

The Mystery of Godliness (4) - Only God Incarnate Can Do the Work of Judgment in the Last Days
Lin Bo'en was an elder at a house church in China. During all his years as a believer, he felt honored to suffer for the Lord, and valued the knowledge and attainment of the Lord Jesus Christ above anything else in the world. One fateful day, he went out to preach and heard some shocking news: The Lord Jesus has returned in the flesh, and He is Christ of the last days— Almighty God! Lin Bo'en was puzzled. When the Lord returns, He is supposed to descend with the clouds, so why would He incarnate Himself and do His work in secret? What mysteries were hidden behind God's incarnation? If the Lord has truly returned, why haven't we been raptured? … An intense debate unfolds between Lin Bo'en and his co-workers and the preachers from the Church of Almighty God … Will they finally be able to understand that Almighty God is the return of the Lord Jesus, the appearance of God in the flesh?

Gospel Movie Clip | "What a Beautiful Voice" (5) - Is God's Judgment in the Last Days Punishment or Salvation?

Introduction
Some people read God’s words and see that there are some harsh things that are judgment of mankind, and condemnation and curse. They think that if God's judgment
and curses people, won't they be condemned and punished? How can it be said that this kind of judgment is to purify and save mankind? God's word says: "What God curses is the disobedience of man, and what He judges are the sins of man." "The severe disclosures of the word are all for the purpose of leading you to the right path" (The Word Appears in the Flesh). What is the proper way to understand God's work of judgment in the last days?

The Last Judgment mosaic on the South Façade of St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague Castle was completed in 1371. The south portal is referred to as the Golden Gate (Zlatá Brána) because of the gold coloured background.
At centre is Christ in Judgement surrounded by angels and below them are six saints associated with the Czech lands.
On the lower left is the Dead Rise for Judgement; on the lower right, Sinners are depicted in Hell.
Saint Vitus Cathedral, Prague Castle; August 2003.
Last year while out photographing blooming flowers in Central California I was listening to a “Christian” radio station where this epicly old man was preaching about how he personally has calculated the return of Christ via the Rapture and subsequent Judgment Day for this coming Saturday, May 21st sometime in the late evening. I turned up the volume so I could hear the 88yo Camping discuss his calculation and how he was absolutely certain that the following May the world will experience an earthquake so large it will divide the earth and split wide open, and then be completely destroyed by Oct. 21st, just before my birthday! (figures)
Being relatively new to the faith at that point it was interesting to not only listen to his perspective, but to listen to the callers call in and agree with him. All I know is that I have a wedding to shoot on Sunday and the bride and groom are going to be pissed if I can’t finish shooting and editing their wedding photos because Jesus came back, judged me and I was sent directly to Hell.
By the way, if we all wake up on Sunday, you’re welcome to a BBQ at my house.
BIG Judgment
Wanted to come with a different approach for today's image. This piece took me over 3 hours to work on.

Psalm 9:7-9 But Yahweh reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment. He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness. Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble. (World English Bible, public domain)

In Marbury v. Madison, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1803 declared it had the power to nullify legislative laws and executive branch actions as unconstitutional. Although that was not a power given the Judicial Branch in the U.S. Constitution, the Judicial Branch ruling that gave its courts such federal power stuck.
The worry was that by giving this federal branch final power to overrule the other branches it would set up the judicial branch as the most powerful branch in the federal government. In essence, the cosmos would revolve around the Supreme Court. In the Federalist Papers (1787-1788) number 78, Alexander Hamilton's answer in anticipation of this problem was, no way. He explained that the judicial branch was the weakest of the three federal branches. "The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever," wrote Hamilton. The House could reduce the funding of the courts. Besides nominating candidates that he likes, the President could stop nominating judges altogether. Or, the Senate could stop its consent of those nominated. The executive branch could also refuse to enforce a federal court's judgment altogether. "It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments."
Alexander Hamilton also wrote in the same essay of the strength of including the judicial branch in watching the Constitutionality of legislation. "It is not otherwise to be supposed, that the Constitution could intend to enable the representatives of the people to substitute their WILL to that of their constituents. It is far more rational to suppose, that the courts were designed to be an intermediate body between the people and the legislature, in order, among other things, to keep the latter within the limits assigned to their authority."

On the shores of the Zhinvali Reservoir lies the famous Ananuri Fortress, a historical site dating back to the 16th-17th centuries. The fortress not only offers an insight into Georgian history, but also a beautiful view of the lake. Within the Ananuri complex is a well-preserved church with impressive stone carvings and frescoes. Ananuri is recognized as an UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its cultural and historical significance. It is an ideal place for photography, picnics and relaxing in nature, making it a must-see destination for travelers in Georgia. The church itself has a long history and was badly damaged during a fire in 1739. Many of the original frescoes were lost, and only fragments of them remain visible on the walls and pillars today. On the south wall is a partially preserved representation of the Last Judgement, a theme often depicted in Orthodox churches to remind believers of the Day of Judgement and the eternal consequences of their actions. The dome of the church, although not visible in the photo, is an architectural highlight and symbolizes heaven. Together with the iconostasis and the surviving frescoes, the church provides a beautiful picture of the rich religious and artistic traditions of medieval Georgia.
The Ananuri Fortress is a historical complex in Georgia, located on the banks of the Zhinvali Reservoir, about 70 kilometers north of Tbilisi. One of the most visited attractions in the country. The complex consists of several defensive structures, such as towers, churches and walls, which were strategically placed to withstand attacks. The Church of the Savior is the most striking structure within the complex. The fresco on the south wall of the church of the Ananuri complex depicts the Last Judgement, one of the most dramatic and meaningful themes in Christian art. This imagery was popular in Orthodox churches, especially in the Middle Ages, because it reminded believers of God's judgment and the ultimate destiny of souls after death. At the center of the composition, Christ is often depicted seated on a throne. He is usually surrounded by angels and saints, who are witnesses to the judgment. On the right side, the righteous are depicted being led to heaven by angels. On the left, sinners are often depicted in dark and chaotic scenes, being led to hell by demons. The gates of heaven are often shown as a glorious, orderly place with angels and saints. In contrast, hell contains images of flames, monsters, and sinners suffering, sometimes with symbolic punishments for specific sins. The Last Judgement served not only as a religious theme, but also as a moral lesson. It was meant to remind believers to prepare for the day of judgment by living virtuously and confessing their sins.
