Applying for a job with the city. 5 minutes from my house & 100% paid health insurance.
This could be good. The application took an hour and a half to complete. I go Thursday to take a 2+ hours skills test.

One of the areas we were looking at for new home was down by South Mountain. This area is desert with a lot of cactus.
Earlier I was frantically looking for a paper clip because I had to drop off my resume at USDA. I ended up using this really pretty gold (!) one that I've had in my possession for the past 3 years. It killed me to use it, but I knew it would look better than stapling my papers together with a purple staple. I just wonder where it'll end up next...
This picture was taken at my kitchen counter of my new apartment, which I moved into last week.
Within this past week, I have applied to Wet Seal, Borders, Omaha Steaks, PetCo, Nestle Ambassador, Global Advertising Inc, Caribou Coffee & Best Buy via online applications. I have also filled out paper applications to Forever 21, Starbucks, Bath & Body Works and Barnes & Nobles.
...incase you can't tell, I am in dire need of a job.
I hate job hunting, its very hard for me to sell myself to others because I don't feel I'm anything special..Its almost like pimping yourself to people who aren't really worthy of your time.
More bad news in the Ring household, Tim's Walk-in Bath Company has gone into liquidation, so it's jobhunting time again, on top of everything else!! Never rains, eh?! But when he collected his personal bits and pieces, he also brought along a cute dog with him!! We have named him Jeremy (don't ask why!) Not sure Sam is impressed though!!

Going a bit crazy today. I've reached my tipping point. I've hit the wall. What this means?
Jobhunting. Brainscratching, figuring out how to find a new job that doesn't make me miserable, pays at least comparable to what I make now and.... doesn't make me miserable.
I'm also completely obsessed with yellow right now. I need some yellow sneakers. Yes, need. A perfect yellow sundress would make me quite happy (thrifted, of course).
Happy = good
Not happy at work = v.bad
Happy wife = Happy husband
I hate being such a cliche.
