.. which means Our CIty Bengaluru...
The other side of the road ..taken from a moving auto...now you gauge the speed of the auto....those who are aware of Bengaluru traffic will know that if one is in hurry , they prefer to walk ... so that man in the frame ..he is actually in great hurry :-)....
...fortunately there was no blocking vehicle on both the sides ..except for one car bonnet on my side that I could manage to crop...
The foliage looked beautiful especially with light shining through... This is how Bengaluru was 10 years ago .. maybe even more beautiful...but all is still not lost .. little joys in life ...
Please see in full screen to enjoy the greenery
Editing : crop... I felt that editing may spoil the feel /emotion of the image .. so no other changes.

With plenty of available space still for any intending passengers, ex-Indian Railways class 'ZDM5' No.535, now working with the Nepalese Government Railway, heads a Jaynagar-Janakpurdham-Bizalpura
service on 11th February, 1995. The Janakpur Railway of 2ft 6in (762 mm) gauge was opened in 1937 and ran for about 51 km between Jaynagar (India) and Bizalpura in Nepal. There is an interchange at Jayanagar with the North Eastern Railway of India

Adinath (Rishaba), the first Tirthankar of Jainism, was born to King Nabhi Raja and Queen Marudevi at Ayodhya in the Ikshvaku clan. According to Jain beliefs, Rishabh existed before civilization developed. His eldest son - Bharat - was a chakravarti king - the conqueror of the known world. In the later part of his life he retired to become a monk and attained moksha. According to the Jain beliefs, India was named Bhārata-varsha or Bhārata after him.
His second son was Bahubali, whose statue stands at Shravanabelagola, Karnataka as well as at Karkala. Marudevi mother of adinath was the first person to achieve moksha - even before Rishabh himself. Rishabh's grandson Marichi's soul later became Mahavira. He attained 'kevalgnan' or infinite knowledge at Palitana and attained liberation (moksha) at Ashtapad mountain in Himalayas.
Picture of Adinath was captured at Sri Dharmanatha Shvetamber Jain Temple, Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
