...also known as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones, Ronon in Stargate Atlantis. Recently as Keegan in the upcoming movie "Bullet to the Head", his own directed film "Road to Paloma" and filming right now "Wolves". I went all the way to Bonn in Germany last weekend to take some nice photos of this beautiful and very talented actor. Jason Momoa proves to be very funny, he has a great portion of humour and self-irony as he talked at the panel in Ring-Con where I took this photo. I managed to take over 300 photos just because Jason has so many facial expressions, he laughs and gesticulates and I wouldn't want to miss any of it. In other words he is fabulous, amazing, talented, funny and very handsome as so many other women and even men have noticed. It was so great to see him again and I had finally the chance to take the photos I wanted to take for some time now. No tripod was used, only my Nikon camera's full zoom since I was seated (not by choice) on the balcony which was rather far away from the stage. /A

Even if Jason Momoa looks absolutely charming and beautiful here, he is also very witty and have tons of humour. He has huge talent as actor and director which he is proving in his coming films and own directed film. Those who have not met him yet in person or seen him close cannot comprehend his fantastic presence. It is overwhelming and can take the breath out of your lungs. Even if I have met many tall men who have the same body size as Jason and same tallness as he, none of them had made my heart almost stop like Jason did. I am certain and I know I share this feeling with those who have met him already, judging by their stories and comments which I have read. Enough said, enjoy the picture ;)

One can say that Jason Momoa has hit gold this year 2014. He is now starring in the series The Red Road which will be aired on the Sundance Channel in USA on the 27th Feb. Unfortunately we who live in Scandinavia cannot get this channel but hopefully either the Swedish National TV will buy the series or I will have to wait until it will be released on dvd/blu-ray in the nearest future.

Jason Momoa is smouldering hot and dangerous judging by the amazing trailers I have seen and he can finally show the many facetted talents he possesses as actor. Although he has proven his talents already as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones, as Ronon in Stargate Atlantis and lately as Keegan in the Bullet to the head.

At the same time he has finished his own directed film "Road to Paloma", which I read, is to be released this summer. He stars in a film called "Debug", a Sci-Fi, and this film is in post-production right now. "Wolves", a film by David Hayter, Jason Momoa stars in this film as well and it will be released this year in Canada and hopefully hit the cinemas in Europe next year if all goes well.

With all this said one can pronounce the year 2014 as The Official Jason Momoa Year. He has indeed worked very hard, maybe harder than before to get this far and I congratulate him for his efforts. Keep up this awesome work Jason, we love you and hope to see more of you on the cinema/tv screens in the nearest future! Cheers! /A

Stargate Multigate Panel with Martin Gero, Jewel Staite, Ben Browder, Paul McGillon, and Jason Momoa

Listening to Jason Momoa in the many interviews you get to know him better as person, not only as actor. Jason is very open with many things about himself and I am sure he keeps his private life sacred as we do all. It is very interesting to note that even though Jason is shown as a muscle and physical person everywhere he loves to read books instead of watching tv. He says he doesn't own a tv set and not even a mobile phone but is more interested to play with his beautiful kids or read a good book after work.

As they say one should not judge people by their looks, instead one should look to the character and the actions of a person. I am more than convinced that Jason is very intelligent and big hearted after all the things I have heard and read about him even though in his movies he shows another type, the bad ass, as he expresses it. I hope and pray Jason can continue to make his own films where he decides which character he wants to play and can show other sides of his great talents as an actor than the mere Hollywood action hero or bad ass. //A
