Since I am a huge fan of Jason Momoa I like to write my thoughts about him from time to time. It is clear by now that I find him a very talented actor. The net is buzzing with the tales that, after Jason making a great performance in a screen test for Marvel concerning their new film Drax, he turned down Marvel's bid since it was too low (Marvel being known for giving rather shamelessly low salary to their lead actors). So my photo here, Jason shrugging his shoulder "I don't give a f..." is suitable for the latest news.
My advice to the film production companies (although they never listen to me lol) to offer Jason better roles, where he can show his talents (which I am more than convinced he can) and not portray him as some muscled brainless monster with a heart, which this Drax role is about. I think Jason can do better than that, and I am happy he turned down this Drax role and gave a shrug that he doesn't care. If Marvel cannot pay what he wants, why waste his time with it. I keep my fingers crossed for you Jason to find film roles where you can show and prove yourself, I really think you deserve that chance! Cheers!! /A

Update july 2013 from Sundance Channel: Jason Momoa to Star in Sundance Channel’s ‘The Red Road’ New York, NY - July 19, 2013 –Sundance Channel announced today that Jason Momoa (“Wolves,” Game of Thrones) has been cast in a lead role in the network’s next original scripted series “The Red Road” (formally “The Descendants”).
Well folks, seems someone was listening somehow ;) What I have read on the web is that Jason is extatic about the script so this must be something really extra. Good luck on the series and hope we have the chance to see it in some form in Europe. Don't forget us on the other side of the "puddle"/A
...also known as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones, Ronon in Stargate Atlantis. Recently as Keegan in the upcoming movie "Bullet to the Head", his own directed film "Road to Paloma" and filming right now "Wolves". I went all the way to Bonn in Germany last weekend to take some nice photos of this beautiful and very talented actor. Jason Momoa proves to be very funny, has a great portion of humour and self-irony as he talked at the panel in Ring-Con where I took this photo. I managed to take over 300 photos just because Jason has so many facial expressions, he laughs and gesticulates and I wouldn't want to miss any of it. In other words he is fabulous, amazing, talented, funny and very handsome as so many other women and even men have noticed. It was so great to see him again and I had finally the chance to take the photos I wanted to take for some time now. No tripod was used, only my Nikon camera's full zoom since I was seated (not by choice) on the balcony which was rather far away from the stage. /A
