Beautiful sculpture of Jai Hanuman Ji

Lord Hanuman a very important dirty in the Hindu religion ...

Hanuman is a Hindu deity, who was an ardent devotee of Rama according to the Hindu legends. He is a central character in the Indian epic Ramayana and its various versions. He also finds mentions in several other texts, including Mahabharata, the various Puranas and some Jain texts. A vanara (monkey-like humanoid), Hanuman participated in Rama's war against the demon king Ravana. Several texts also present him as an incarnation of Lord Shiva. He is the son of Vayu, who according to several stories, played a role in his birth.

While traveling from Puttaparthi to Bangalore, this statue of Lord Hanuman was seen on the road side near Bagepalli. It was so huge and attractive that we were forced to stop and take a picture.

Santoshi Mata is venerated as "the Mother of Satisfaction", the meaning of her name. Santoshi Mata is particularly worshipped by women of North India and Nepal. A vrata called the Santoshi Maa vrata performed by women on 16 consecutive Fridays wins the goddess' favour.

She came to me with a "broken eyemech" but it seems her eyemech works just fine. Only one eyeball is a little bit lower than the other but it´s allright. I was thinking to customize her a bit but when I look into her eyes I´m not so sure anymore... she really melts me when I look at her. ~<3 At least she will get a hybrid obitsu. Her arms have been falling off gazillion times already! xD
