MUST BE VIEWED IN STEREO TO FULLY APPRECIATE!
A 3D (stereo) crosseye view.
TO SEE THIS IN 3D, there's a tutorial here:
My first experiment in color-isolation. I don't think it's too bad for a first. Firearm being fired is a Remington R-15.
Also referred to as Northeast Peak.

Sunrise. Saturday morning.
We arrived later than what I wanted and the light wasn't what I expected, but I think this IR frame is decent..
We met a few people at Pier 7, including maxxwellsmart, but I don't think we got much at this sunrise. I know that one person captured some birds...
I like how stark and alone the bridge looks.... calming.
It looks better bigger
Shot in colour, converted to black and white in channel mixer, which also isolated the background too.
This Australian/S.E. Pacific tree sits isolated in the back of a parking lot along the Los Angeles River in Studio City, California. I'm almost certain it was planted when the small shopping center went up 20 to 35 years ago.
The bark feels as soft as chamois.

Whitrope Sidings, 2 August 2025. Whitrope Heritage Centre (just off the B6399 between Hawick & Newcastleton) occupies a small section of track reinstated on the trackbed of the former Waverley Route.
The volunteers have created a small station, although there was never one here. The location had a signalbox, crossover and a short siding, mainly used to recess banking engines, though it did serve as a station of sorts. A workers halt, used to drop off and pick up supplies, railway workers and railway families from the nearby cottages, though it didn't appear in the timetable.
Here 142020 is being operated up and down the 800 metres of re-laid track.

Isolated full length studio shot of a businessman smiling while looking at the camera with his hands in his pockets.
I perfectly blue sky shone over Willen Lake. I spotted this tree and found it unusual that it had no leaves despite it being June!
Got an opportunity to do some storm photography this evening. I'm not a chaser but like to capture whatever comes my way.
Had a strong storm that briefly turned severe around 15-20 miles to the south of me near the GA/AL border. Just clipped my area but able to see a good bit of the storm structure from a safe distance. Impressive cloud height and shape with this, hope you enjoy.
