A few days ago Poppy received an invitation to tea.

She was thrilled at first but when she saw it came from Ginger her good mood vanished.

She decided to accept as it was the polite thing to do.

Ginger: -I didn't think you'd come, Drearie.

Poppy: -(drearie?)...the invitation didn't say it would be just the two of us...

G: -Please help yourself, Dear, I already ate all the biscuits I like.

P: -Thank y...Broccoli?! For tea?!

G: -You don't mind drinking tea in my nephew's milk mug do you? I use my best china only for special occasions...

P: -Sure...of course you do.

G: -Oh Dear! Would you mind sitting elsewhere? It's Kksss's favorite spot.

P: -Kksss??

G: -Why! yes my cat, Kksss.

P: -Oh. Well I must go now I...uuh... I already ate broccoli this morning.

G: -It was fun! We should do it more often!

P: -Should we?

As she explored on this dark night, she caught a glimpse of light in the blackness. "Well, that is a wonder..." she said softly to herself.

She followed the light, growing ever so curious as to where it might lead. When she got close, she saw that it spelled out something....as she read, she grinned. "That is an invitation if I ever did see one."

She stepped cautiously into the dim space. As she did, the place lit up, and noises rang out. Startled, she caught her breath and looked about.

"Oh my, this is beautiful, but I don't think this surprise party is for me....are you waiting on someone else?" she asked the lovely creatures. They shook their heads, and greeted her warmly.

She furrowed her brow, "But who could have known I would find such a place....?" she asked aloud. She shook off her thoughts, and smiled.

"I have some friends with me....I will make sure they stay out of the way." She stashed them under the table, passing them each some intriguing treats. "I do so love this time of year....don't you?"

Or, the footprints of two people who must have gotten on the bus before mine on this snowy night. Edited in Snapseed.

The photo & title make more sense if you’ve ever tried to learn to dance - the steps are printed like this, black on white. To me it looks like there was an approach from the left to pick up the person who had first stood waiting on the right...

Here the street was covered by fluffy snow, but the asphalt must have still been so warm that the snow melted when compressed by the weight of a step.

In the early 20th century, there was a significant increase in traffic on the Grand Trunk railway network, as a consequence of which trains became longer and heavier. Faced with this increased demand, the company decided to build more powerful locomotives, introducing the 2-6-0 “Mogul”-type locomotive.

The Moguls accounted for 28% of the Grand Trunk’s locomotives when it merged into the Canadian National Railways in 1923. A third driving axle made it possible to increase motive power while supporting a larger boiler. This type of locomotive reflects the beginning of an era of specialization between locomotives used for freight (high traction) and those used to carry passengers (high speed).

Withdrawn in 1957, locomotive GTR 713 is one of the only vehicles of this category to be preserved in Canada today

All the information used with the pictures was taken from information at the Canadian Railway Museum Site.

No fighting over the top of the cat pole this time. Alice was just checking if Petra would play with her. He wasn't interested at that time though.

I finally completed this outfit last year but just getting around to posting pics. The cups and saucers were not easy to find and it took me well over a year to piece this one together. Worth the wait as these tiny pieces are usually very pricey as a set. I was able to acquire them piece by piece for much cheaper. The Sindy furniture is from my Craigslist score a few years back and this is my first time photographing it as well. It is actually very good quality. It is the perfect setting for my Fashion Queen and Brunette Bubble's afternoon tea.

To break down the "classy" impression of Ambre's look, I've chosen a rather "kinky" style...
