METAPHOR OF LIFE, of knots and ropes and hooks.
Wonderful rope… I see it as a symbol of how, in a good relationship, you as a person, together with your partner, your lives become 'intertwined' and therefore so much stronger.
Soul mates will feel themselves bonded together for a lifetime.
And it goes further… all so ‘connected’, how we can touch the lives of many, many we do not even know personally or may never meet… especially nowadays.
However, connection through PHOTOGRAPHY! Many people can be touched by an image...
Have a wonderful day, filled with love and beauty, THANKS FOR VIEWING!!! M, (*_*)

In the heart of Vietnam’s rice fields, Thu Sy village preserves the ancient art of fish trapping and rural simplicity. For centuries, its people have lived in harmony with nature, passing down traditions through craft and daily rituals.
In this scene, three artisans appear arranged like a living painting: hands weaving, a man quietly smoking, and a rooster intent on pecking at food in a bowl. Every detail speaks of patience, identity, and heritage — a timeless portrait of community life.
I've seen these two trees several times before but not in this light. I had never really noticed how they seem to be reaching out to each other. Evening light on the North Dakota prairie in Towner county.
A different look at some of my photography. I like this shot something about it! Taken right before a storm hit and the skies were all moody!
Some type of Ivy and vines growing up a concrete wall!
Hold me up, Give me strenth. ~ME~
I found this pic on my walk. I loved how the vine just swirled around the fence.

An intertwining double helix staircase made from Australian steel and curved glass connects levels 4 to 7 in UTS Central, Building 2 at the University of Technology Sydney. The double ribbon spiral design originated with architects FJMT and is inspired by the double helix structure of a DNA molecule.
Seemingly intertwining dune ridges, swept clean of marring footprints by the last night's winds, make for a soft golden abstract in the moments before the sun inched higher and harsher light invaded the landscape--at Mesquite Dunes, Death Valley National Park, California.
There is so much to love about these (or many other) dune fields, but high on the list is the fun of putting on the long lens, climbing up the shifting sands of a higher ridge, and looking far and wide for abstracts among the endless patterns and forms offered by the ever-shifting dunes. There's also some sort of contemplative joy just being out on those dunes awaiting sunrise. I imagine the vast time needed for the ancient, rigid features of the surrounding mountains to be broken down, piece by tiny piece, and blown into the valleys below, only to spawn these granularly ephemeral but generally durable forms.
Perhaps the sense of quiet plays a role as well. Despite all the tracks you see evidencing little creatures skittering across the sands, I almost never hear any bird or animal sounds heralding the coming dawn. Even when the winds surge to whistle low streams of sand rushing across the basin, and up and over each individual dune, rarely is that enough to shake my reverie.
Thanks for viewing.

Tree limbs and vines slowly weaving their way around each other. Kind of neat and creepy at the same time as I feel like they may ensnare me at any moment. Time to move on!

The snow was almost completely melted, and I was still rushing around like a child for Christmas in search of the shot I had in mind.
While walking to a completely different location, I spotted this lonely tree far in the distance; luckily I had my telephoto lens with me.
For those who missed my previous posts, a couple of weeks ago Tuscany got hit by the “Burian” blizzard and completely transformed itself for one day!
Different trees....yet

Golden Sahaurita sunset from our property. The weather has been warm with clear sky. This evening's sunset was gorgeous. The saguaro cactus is just on the other side of our fence. The single strand of barb wire is the top strand of wire surrounding the property.
