Since the entry of Auroran forces into the recent war between TETRA and TERRA, the TETRAn forces were forced to remake many of their commerce ships into war machines. After TETRA weapons had been formidably adapted to date, the TETRA fleet struck with force against several crucial targets. Against odds TERRA forces repelled nearly all the assaults and countered with the capture of the Midnight frigate. In response to losses around mining stations around Jupiter and further loss of supplys, TETRA leaders began funding a new capital ship. After several months of painstaking around the clock labor the Nex Ianua began its ascent into stellar and interstellar warfare. Its silhouette has been the final image burned into the minds of many dead TERRAn and Auroran crewmen and pilots. Its armament includes:
