A cloud is a visible mass of condensed droplets or frozen crystals floating in the atmosphere above the surface of the Earth or another planetary body. It is also a visible mass attracted by gravity (Clouds can also occur as masses of material in interstellar space, where they are called interstellar clouds and nebulae.) The branch of meteorology in which clouds are studied is nephology.
Clouds are divided into two general categories: layered and convective. These are named stratus clouds (or stratiform, the Latin stratus means "layer") and cumulus clouds (or cumuliform; cumulus means "piled up").

Description. The ATLAS interstellar comet has garnered extensive news coverage over the past few months, some speculating that it may even be an alien spacecraft. It is known to be extra-solar system in origin due it hyperbolic trajectory that precludes an orbit about the sun. More serious coverage describes it as a cometary object that it not much different than the comets that originate within our solar system.

Hablábamos hace unos dias sobre el procesado y su importancia o no en la fotografía de paisaje. Lo que traigo hoy es un contraejemplo, porque gracias al photoshop he conseguido ese efecto en el cielo.
Es una foto con la Canon 5d Mark IV y el 16-35mm f4, a iso 6400 y 30s, f4, en la que el cielo lo he procesado por otro lado para crear ese efecto zooming. Pero la idea estaba ahí, el efecto de escala, el lugar, el encuadre....

Usually I upload my images into Lightroom and work from there deleting the ones that are down right rude and I wonder what I was thinking at the time. ANYWAY! I then format the card in camera and start afresh, however I looked through the raw file and noticed this cheeky little image that hadnt imported, why I dont know so it doesnt make #pickthebestfromtheworse as I quite like it.

This is the fourth iteration of my Ranger series - practice makes perfect!). It is about 30% bigger than my previous version, making it one of my largest ever builds. It measures a total of 39 studs, bow to stern. The larger scale has meant that I've been able to pack it with details that I couldn't squeeze in before.
Captain Simon Lou has been tasked with a most daunting mission, to spy on the M-tron mining activity on Zosma 4! Tensions between the Federation and the M-tron Corporation have been high ever since the great magnet embargo of 2253. Simon and his crew are also checking to see that all galactic laws and regulations are being upheld. M-tron has been more than willing to over-exploit the most pristine of environments in order to satisfy their insatiable desire for more magnets. Hopefully their reconnaissance equipment won't give away their concealed position on the cliff side!

I've had a superb evening out tonight with Chris T and Komeg in Chee Tor tunnel in the Peak district. It was awesome to meet up with Komeg for the first time since his arrival in Manchester from France. It further cements my sentiment that all light painters are cut from the same cloth and it was a pleasure showing you round and watching you work buddy.
I planned this one in my kitchen last night after messing about with the black fiber optics and liked the texture and forms which I knew would work well with a back-lit silhouette.
Black fibers rotated 180 degrees for the outer using the Samyang 50mm at f1.4. Lens swapped from the Tokina @12mm for the backlit silhouette.
Cheers for your help with this one fellas and can't wait to get out with you both again soon. Happy days.

Mountains...
On every planet I have visited, I have encountered unique mountain landscapes. Planets rising above the mountains, galaxy views sinking behind the mountains. The sight that fascinated me the most was the sight of stardust in pastel tones scattered around a dying star. I can't forget that view. It was a tremendous feeling to be this close to a dying star and witness those unique moments. During my time in space, I encountered wonderful landscapes that I would never have seen on planet Earth. I was mesmerized by these sights. I feel very lucky for this. Being chosen for this task made me happy as well as proud. I was living the space adventure that I had dreamed of since my childhood. But on the other hand, I was sad for the time I missed on Earth. I regret the memories that I did not live. I regret my lost life. I miss my life on earth.

My Interplanetary Memories
Interplanetary Travel
Yet another lost day. I say lost day, because all my research to find life had yielded no results that day when I took the photo. Not only was it a lost day for my scientific research, it was a lost day for myself as well. I had just lost another day to live on planet Earth. I was losing all the memories I could have lived on these planets that I had visited and where I had not encountered any life form. There was no reason to make me feel alive. In the face of this situation, I found myself more and more distant from my feelings on every planet I visited. I felt more alone now. As my sense of loneliness increased, I was clinging to the memories of my past in the world. This, in turn, increased my longing for my life on earth. I was starting to miss the time I spent with my friends. I miss walking with my girlfriend. I missed people who had smiles on their faces when they saw me. I could only live them in my memories. Without feeling, without touching. It's like a series that doesn't have new episodes and is constantly repetitive. I was thinking about the same memories over and over. As my time in space progressed, I thought more about the memories I had on earth. This has been taking up a lot of my time lately. Sometimes, I even had to postpone the scientific research I needed to do on the planets I visited for that reason alone. Sometimes I was asking myself questions. Is there anyone who misses me? Anyone wondering where I am? Is there anyone who constantly remembers the memories they had with me and remembers me? Does anyone remember me? Or does no one even realize that I have disappeared? Why am I asking myself all this? What I have to do is find a planet with life. Only this. My feelings shouldn't have outweighed my duty. When I first went into space, I had no emotional problems. Now, I am making an intense effort to suppress my vital emotions. Needless to say, I was successful in this. Somehow I have to make my choice. Would I go back to the world and start from scratch? Or would I continue to search for new planets suitable for life in the vacuum of space? Will I continue to be alone? Or would I return to planet earth to put an end to my loneliness?
Maybe I was nearing the end...
