What was formerly simply a list of detailed technical terminology and notes was redesigned as a matrix listing high-level summary terms. These summary terms can be expanded to show the detailed technical terminology, as shown here. This allows the user to find their area of interest first, then drill down to the specific relevant terminology.

The real-cost cafe was designed as a restaurant. Video on large screens of restaurant workers combined with personal "place setting" screens to inform visitors about the total-environmental costs that are associated with common seafoods. The association of the information to the environment where it would later be needed was spot on. The content wasn't preachy, either, letting you (or those who eat seafood, anyway) decide to internalize this message for yourself.

At the end of the video you got your "check" which reinforced the main message.
