Interaktive Medien im realen Raum

Video on large screens of restaurant workers combined with personal "place setting" screens to inform visitors about the total-environmental costs that are associated with common seafoods. The association of the information to the environment where it would later be needed was spot on. The content wasn't preachy, either, letting you (or those who eat seafood, anyway) decide to internalize this message for yourself.
