INGdirect.com has never been especially pretty on the visual design angle, but I have always been really impressed with their interface/interaction design. Here's their take on educating me about some changes they've made. Pretty darn clear.
I did succeed in making a cash withdraw from this Belgian bank in Brugge, but as you can imagine, it took a while to figure out which button to press first! (after putting card in wall)
