Intel built a building around the corner from us a couple years ago. It's a fairly unremarkable, multi-story office box. I noticed recently they have some pretty cool back-lit signs on each corner and decided the other night to stop and take some shots.
I took a 30 second exposure to get the building detail but that really blew out the lit sign. I took another short exposure to get the sign. In post-processing I super-imposed the sign on the building.

The Women in Technology scholarship program aims to encourage a new generation of high-achieving women to take up the challenge of a career in science and technology. The program forms part of a wider focus by Intel on empowering girls and women by fostering educational opportunities and encouraging women to participate, prosper, and lead in the global economy.
The Paul Whelan memorial scholarships are provided to a number of students starting technology and engineering courses in the University of Limerick.

In addition to the signing of a renewed partnership between Intel and UCD, 15 students from Science and Engineering disciplines were awarded today with UCD-Intel Masters Student Scholarships.
