My instructor Fred is setting up the hang gliding machine that is amazingly simple and lightweight. He taught me gliding lessons before we jump off the cliff in tandem. He first sets up the tripod frame, open up the "wings", insert the metal ribs, wheels and tie up a couple of strings. He taught me many things but the only thing i can remember when i jump is......hold on to his harness.

Juan Manuel Urtubey saludó a los instructores y cursantes del curso que participan efectivos de las fuerzas especiales de la Policía de Salta, junto a miembros de Gendarmería, Policía Aeroportuaria y Federal, Prefectura además de Policía de Paraguay, que dictan expertos de la agencia del Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos dedicada a la lucha contra el contrabando y el consumo de drogas, DEA por sus siglas en inglés, en un predio especialmente acondicionado en las instalaciones de la escuela de Suboficiales de la Policía provincial. En este ámbito, el Gobernador destacó que la formación y capacitación permitirá a los efectivos de las distintas fuerzas que integran el GOC NOA (Grupo Operativo de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico NOA), “ser mucho más eficientes operativamente, teniendo no sólo la logística sino también los conocimientos técnicos para operar en terreno”, dijo el Gobernador.
