Instant Korean Noodle

In here I used instant korean noodle, nappa cabbage, mizuna, shiitaki mushrooms, boiled egg and home cooked chicken stock. *MIZUNA is a Japanese vegetable with baby arugula taste (in my opinion).** Over cooked noodle is a sin, just like an over cooked pasta!!!
