I'm nervous about posting these.
They're tests, trials and first attempts at a series I'm doing for my school folio about insecurities.
Feedback is encouraged and very appreciated!
All my pictures are taken by phone. We all have our insecurites, one of my biggest is being super thin. It's not my choice. I hate being skinny and being constantly asked why that is and expecially hate the way people automatically assume that I like being this way or that I've even made myself this way.

Do you feel insecure because you are single and live alone? It's time to rectify this feeling. What choices do you really have? Read on to find out.
I have categorized women into five possible groups and provide them solutions:
Single (Teenage to Single Lady)
Of course, you will live with your original family during this time. But if you live in a foster home or with adopted parents, you will be under their care. In case either of the latter choices poses a threat to you, talk to somebody you know well enough for the help. You can take help from the police department as well. Be bold and stand upright on your feet. It's time to claim your power.
Divorced Women Without Children
If you are a divorced lady without children, you can enter the dating world again, more canny and careful this time. Possibly, God will help you find a more appropriate partner this time. Form a bond of trust with your new partner, feeling secure. As always, claim your power.
Single Moms
Single Moms can either stay single, go to school and have a career, taking care of her child, or she can remarry a faithful and sincere man, trusting him. You rear your child from your first marriage in your new partner's presence after you have confided in him your past story. You needn't tell him all the woes but only the necessary and important ones so that he accepts your child. Based on trust and love you can build a family and home again without feeling insecure. In firstreviw.com/how-to-stop-being-so-insecure/
The insecurities of my past follow me to my present, leaving me bruised, broken, handicapped. Will I ever erase my own voice? Will the imprints they left ever fade?
Day One of my 365 :D I've never taken this challenge on cause I was too scared I wouldn't make it. But I'm gonna do it! I'm determined and dedicated, and I've missed my photography far too much to stop now <3
It's a good thing the glass is already broken since there's nothing to break it with anymore! I guess fire alarms like this one get a little worse for wear out in the elements.

Nazia is originally from Kunar province but due to insecurity in her home province they have moved to Jalalabad City. She is smart and always eager to learn to fulfill her dream of getting higher education despite her challenges in life. But because of her disability and financial problems she could not find any job to pursue her higher education. “It was my dream, but it did not come true.” she says.
In Afghanistan, access to higher education continues to be a challenge, especially for women in conservative and remote areas.
But Nazia is not willing to give up just yet. She is determined to be independent economically and so she decided to learn embroidery from her elder sister. “My brother heard about the SALAM project and carried me to Department of Labor Social Affairs Martyrs & Disabled (DOLSA) for the programme for disabled citizens. I gave exam there and luckily got selected.” It is almost 3 months now since she has been working in a local factory, small medium enterprise (SME).
The project supports the beneficiary for a period of six months which is divided in two parts. The first three months is on the job training where Afghanistan Centre for Excellence (ACE), a job creation contractor of SALAM project is responsible for paying the beneficiary. For the first two months $120 and for the third month $180. Once the beneficiary successfully completes the first three months, the second phase begins which is the job placement, here the ACE will only pay 30% payment and 70% by the enterprise.
“I’m very happy. I found my trainer, colleagues and the work environment quite friendly,” says Nazia. Feeling very happy to be a part of this family. Now I have developed my embroidery skill to a great extent.”
Aside from the incentive she receives on a monthly basis, Nazia started her own source of income as part-time by accepting orders from relatives, friends and neighbours.

With every appearance by you, blinding my eyes,
I can hardly remember the last time I felt like I do.
You're an angel disguised.
And you're lying real still,
but your heart beat is fast just like mine.
And the movie's long over,
that's three that have passed, one more's fine.
Will you stay awake for me?
I don't wanna miss anything
I don't wanna miss anything
I will share the air I breathe,
I'll give you my heart on a string,
I just don't wanna miss anything.
I'm trying real hard not to shake. I'm biting my tongue,
but I'm feeling alive and with every breathe that I take,
I feel like I've won. You're my key to survival.
And if it's a hero you want,
I can save you. Just stay here.
Your whispers are priceless.
Your breathe, it is dear. So please stay near.
Will you stay awake for me?
I don't wanna miss anything
I don't wanna miss anything
I will share the air I breathe,
I'll give you my heart on a string,
I just don't wanna miss anything.
Say my name. I just want to hear you.
Say my name. So I know it's true.
You're changing me. You're changing me.
You showed me how to live.
So just say. So just say,
That you'll stay awake for me.
I don't wanna miss anything.
I don't wanna miss anything.
I will share the air I breathe,
I'll give you my heart on a string,
I just don't wanna miss anything

Bill McKelvey, Grow Well project coordinator, said fruits and vegetables can be hard to come by for food pantry clients. Many pantries have limited refrigeration, so they stick to canned and processed foods. That often leaves patrons without something healthy or fresh.
Through Grow Well seeds are made available, a project of the Interdisciplinary Center for Food Security (ICFS) housed in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources at the University of Missouri. The project is designed to not only help food pantries get more food to their clients, but address a gnawing problem of obesity and other health issues that come with food insecurity.

Smart girls are the overthinkers, the insecure ones, the different ones. They know what the real world is like. They analyze every little thing in life. Why? to avoid getting hurt. To find happiness. They stay up at night trying to think about every possible situation to get through all the problems. They think too much. They trust fewer people. Their insecurity proves their respect toward themselves. Of course they try to live away from a drama-filled life. Smart girls know their worth. Now those are the ones worth keeping by your side.
Toryalay Jaffary, a deportee from Germany and her daughter.
“We were kept in places like stables. Iranian human traffickers put us in a stable for six days,” said Toryalay. He experienced a variety of punishments. He added. “We got stuck for two days with no proper clothes—thirsty and hungry on the border with Turkey.”
Economic growth has slowed down considerably, unemployment is on the rise, and the ongoing insecurity hampers investment. All these provoke many of the talented and educated Afghans to migrate.
UNDP will work with businesses through its Support to Afghan Livelihoods and Mobility (SALAM) project and create sustainable job opportunities for young people at home, safe and legal ways to work abroad and send money home, entrepreneurial/vocational training and apprenticeships and work placements.

This is probably the hardest thing for me to do right now.. I don't even know why I'm letting myself upload this. Pictured is the most attractive part of myself, and I'm most insecure about it. I guess that's what this 365 is all about though.... Getting out of my comfort zone and trying new things. I guess this is more for me than for anyone else, so I'm sorry if you don't like it.
