Gowlland-Tod Provincial Park - Tod Inlet, Central Saanich, BC
A swallowtail butterfly feeds on Dame's Rocket (Hesperis matronalis - aka Sweet Rocket) flowers. The butterfly is native to BC; the flower is not. The plants probably escaped from the nearby Buchart Gardens.
I had originally identified this as Canadian Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio canadensis); this was corrected on iNaturalist.
Is the ant helping the other insect or trying to get him to leave? What do you think?

Advanced honey bee training. It took about 5 minutes before one of the honey bees worked it out and started feeding in flight

although this is decevieving, this is a photo of 1/2 of the butterfly (the other half is out of frame at the bottom) sitting on a mirror to look like its 2 wings.
This mirror challenge was harder then I thought. Trying to get a good reflection and macro was not easy. I'm not disappointed with my first attempt but would like to do some more work like this.
