'Spiritual knowledge is not something that you will be able to adopt by choice.' - His Holiness Younus AlGohar
This is the best way to admire and enjoy the song of holy river Ganges. People find their inner peace sitting over/by a rock for hours and watching the flow of Ganges in the world capital of Yoga from ages.
An evening shot.

"How Many Times, Have u Heard Someone Say,
If I Had Money, I Would Do Things My Way.
But Little They Know, That It's So Hard To Find
One Rich Man In Ten, With A Satisfied Mind.
Money Can't Buy Back, All Your Youth When Your Old
A Friend When Your Lonley, Or Peace To Your Soul
The Wealtiest Person, Is A Pauper At Times
Compared To The Man, With a Satisfied Mind.
When My Life Is Over, And My Time Has Run Out,
My Friends and My Lovers, I Will Leave, Theres No Doubt
But One Things For Certain, When It Comes My Time
I'll Leave This Old World With A Satisfied Mind......."

Dandelion (Taraxacum) has never disappeared in the southeast even in winter. They are native to North America and bloom from spring to fall. I find they are extremely cute and attractive, especially for spring bees and butterflies. After flowering is gone, the flower head will dry for few days and it then forms a parachute shaped ball with dispersal seeds. When next time you pick up a Dandelion, don't forget to make a wish before you blow it and that wish might come true :)
This is a lucky shot for me as I was photographing this Dandelion and wind blew all seeds and left one. I just happened to have my camera with me :)

Janet’s Foss Waterfalls, Craven, Yorkshire, UK
Although my main interest is in gardens, the waterfalls in this set of photos represent nature’s garden at its best. Mosses, ferns and lichens all grow in profusion in the ideal micro-climate of the permanently damp surroundings near the falls.
Details: Janet’s Foss waterfalls, near Malham Tarn, Wensleydale, Yorkshire, UK are said to be named after the fairy queen Jennet of local legend that inhabited the falls. It’s easy to see why the legend grew up as the waterfalls are an enchanted place; a green oasis with a settled, calming and peaceful atmosphere that pervades the falls and surrounding area.
The tranquil waterfalls are set amongst a profusion of different shades of green from the overhanging foliage. As a gardener I love its tranquil, moist ambience. Janet’s Foss is certainly a place to sit, meditate and ‘just be’.
Location: Janet’s Foss magical waterfalls are on Gordale Beck (start of river Aire), quite near Gordale Scar, which is a popular and dramatic landscape feature in the Yorkshire Dales, Yorkshire, UK. They can easily be reached by road or by walking along a wooded valley from nearby Malham Village (Nearest Postcode BD23 4DL)

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to tonight’s heavyweight bout.
In the red corner weighing in at 187 pounds from Sydney’s South, fighting in the black cardigan…Luke ‘the angry one’ Reynolds! His opponent in the blue corner weighing in at 187 pounds from Sydney’s South, Luke ‘not willing to back down’ Reynolds!
We live in a world filled with opinions, political agendas and social theories... I agree with some, disagree with others and feel like fighting for the sake of very few! But the ones I get angry about are the ones closest to my heart. I believe everyone deserves love (the greatest gift of all), we all CAN love… but we don’t always choose to do so!
Everyday there are fights (aka discussions and debates) being lost and won but the inner battles are just as important.
As humans we wrestle with ideas in our heads constantly, wether this is a conscious event depends on the individual. When making the difficult decisions in life, this photo shows exactly how I feel… Luke vs Luke who will win? Only time will tell!
The result is important but it’s the battle I enjoy!
See the ‘prize’ fighters up close and personal by viewing......BIG!!
"When you feel peaceful and successful, you want to extend
and export that peace and love."
The violence, hatred, prejudice, and judgment in our world suggests
that we have miles to go to reach a world of inner and outer PEaCE.!!
Silvacane, Thoronet, Senanque, these austerely beautiful cistercian abbeys catch your breaths. You could not have imagined such simplicity and spiritual beauty built in stone. Silvacane lies on the left bank of the Durance river. It is the most recent of the three Cistercian abbeys in Provence and the only one that has not continued its monastic activity. The name comes from the Latin "silva cannorum" (forest of reeds). When the monks first settled here, they had to drain swamps before they could build the abbey (begin in 1174) and grow crops, hence the reference to reeds.

"Here was peace. She pulled in her horizon like a great fish net. Pulled it from around the waist of the world and draped it over her shoulder. So much of life in its meshes! She called in her soul to come and see."
~ Zora Neale Hurston

At low tide, this beautifully quiet and serene spot is a peninsula of sand studded with hundreds of seashells and paced on by seagulls...at high tide, it vanishes beneath lapping waves. As I approached the birds, the pale blue sky reflected onto the surface of the sand...it felt as if were walking on the sky itself.
Wishing you peace in your day, wherever you are.

Wat Phra That Chae Haeng is a prominent Buddhist temple in Nan Province, northern Thailand. The temple has historical, religious and architectural significance, and it attracts believers alike. A prominent feature of the temple is the impressive golden stupa, a sacred Buddhist pagoda, which stands at the center of the complex. Covered in golden foliage, this stupa is an important symbol of enlightenment and spiritual merit. Wat Phra That Chae Haeng has deep roots in history, with origins dating back to the 14th century. According to tradition, the original stupa was built during the reign of King Mueang Phukha. For many centuries it has been revered as a sacred place. A relic of Buddha is believed to be kept inside the stupa, making the temple an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists. The architecture of the temple combines traditional Thai elements with influences from the Lanna style, which is typical of the northern region of Thailand. In addition to the stupa, there are other buildings and structures on the site, such as a prayer hall viharn, a library, and statues of Buddhist figures. A visit to the temple not only offers a spiritual experience, but also a beautiful view of the city of Nan and the surrounding landscape.
Wat Phra That Chae Haeng Temple in Nan is an active religious center, regularly hosting Buddhist ceremonies, prayer services and meditation sessions. Wat Phra That Chae Haeng is a place where Thailand's rich Buddhist history meets artistic beauty. Both its serene atmosphere and impressive architecture make it an attractive destination for local believers and international visitors alike. The large Buddha statue is a "Dhyana mudra" in Lanna style. A Buddha statue with the hands in the lap position is often referred to as a "Buddha in Meditation" or "Buddha in Sitting Meditation". In this position, the Buddha sits with his legs crossed and his hands resting on his lap. This symbolizes peace, meditation and inner balance. It is a common representation of Buddha.

As you look around this room tonight,
Settle in your seats and dim the lights,
Do you want my blood? Do you want my tears?
What do you want?
What do you want from me?
Should I sing until I can't sing anymore?
Play the strings until my fingers are raw?
You're so hard to please,
What do you want from me?

In the serene ambiance of the yoga gym, I found my inner peace, meditating with the soothing resonance of OM. The energy in this space is truly transformative, and it's a reminder of the power of mindfulness.
I'm in Cairo this week, and so it took a little while to upload this.
Although Cairo has always been my primary inspiration spot (contrary to my expectations), it took me a while to get into the mood of taking this week's photo.
I must admit, I'm very confused about many things. But the good news is: What's new about that? I'm always confused about things!
And still, I manage to enjoy my life and find the blessed moments of inner peace in the midst of the insanity.
When I'm in front of the camera, capturing an essence within it is a taste of that bliss of a state of being that is free of worry, thought and confusion. It is about letting my inner essence shine through... in that moment, inner peace is a sweet side-effect. A side effect to get high on, to embrace with all your being.
May you all find your blessed moments, carrying the deepest peace, filled with beautiful light.

What I like to do to relax is take a nice warm bath with some Bathclin Bergamot Scent Bath Salt, put on some sort of face sheet mask (my current favorite are Esfolio Facial Mask Sheets), put on some music (recently I've been putting on Purrple Cat Live Stream) and read a book with my kindle. I actually have a waterproof bag I use for my kindle since I know it's only a matter of time before I end up dropping it into the water. I know it's water resistant, but I don't think a full dunk into the water would be good for it.

Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfalls, near Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Powys, Wales, UK
Although my main interest is in gardens, the waterfalls in this set of photos represent ‘nature’s garden’ at its best. Mosses, ferns and lichens all grow in profusion in the ideal micro-climate of the permanently damp surroundings near the falls.
Details: These spectacular waterfalls are an impressive sight. The total drop is over 80 meters high and the river passes through a hole in the rock on its way down. The surrounding banks are covered in lush green vegetation.
This is a beautiful, tranquil place and having made the effort to get there it is well worth spending a couple of hours to soak up the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature.
Location: Near Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Powys, Wales, SY10 0BZ, UK: twelve miles west of Oswestry . The falls are located at the end of a single track road about 4 miles long. There is a tearoom and also a camp site near the falls from which people can explore the surrounding Berwyn Mountains
