Two young ladies stop to offer their prayers during the "Eid in the Square" festivities at Trafalgar Square. Muslims are prescribed (by God) to pray 5 times a day at certain times. Prayer is a way of drawing away from worldly pursuits in order to remember God, reflect and gain inner peace.
The state of Kerala is located in the southern tip of India and is ranked among Top 50 Tourist Destinations of the World.
Also known as God's Own Country, this relatively small state will enthral visitors with its backwaters, houseboats, beaches, hill stations, churches and temples.
The natives of Kerala are tourist friendly and most of them understand English though the official language of the state is Malayalam.
The state is well connected with Railways & Airports in major cities, KTDC buses, and private tourist cabs.

Meditation is one of the healthiest things that I have ever done in my life. During some very difficult and dark times it helped us to tune out and find our inner peace. It works every time! For me meditation is a real life saver and I do not want to miss it ever again.
I know there are a lot of people who do not believe in it and make jokes about it, but isn't it silly to judge something you have never tried? Something that costs you nothing more then 5-10 minutes of your time and will help you find your balance and maybe even happiness. If you don't try it, you'll never know...
