this is my kind of meditation ♡ one of my highest excitements
it´s a pleasure for me to show you the way nature getting into me
In the heart of the nature reserve, a scene of stillness unfolds. Fallen trees sink into the gentle flow of the river. Every detail in this photograph tells its own story. Do you enjoy this kind of atmosphere?
This gentleman was exercising on the beach doing all the kind of moves that you would find in a film starring the late Bruce Lee.
10/24/2002, two things happened:
a) I started hiking again
b) I started taking photos again
on the spur of the moment I took a day off of work. grabbed my old camera, some water, and a few energy bars, and went up to 'The Mountain'. things have been better ever since...I snapped this on the way there...
I took this photo from the same spot
And this photo, too
I was amazed to see this man sleeping so peacefully in the hot-humid sun of Chennai.
Happiness and suffering are states of mind, and so their main causes cannot be found outside the mind.

'Dogs are better than the hearts empty of God's love.' - Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, The Religion of God (Divine Love)
In Hinduism, the search for God begins with journeys to various temples and seeing the idols of Gods there. Once the Darshan (seeing idols of God) is completed, the custom indicates that we sit in the temple for sometime. This custom, when we really dig deep for its meaning, indicates that we relax there so as to start seeking the God within oneself. Hence, the seeking of God starts from outside in the form of idols in temples & ends in finding God within oneself.
The way in which this person was so involved in his thoughts indicated to me that he was seeking peace and solace in the beach. The beach in the mornings is such a beauty to behold and a perfect place for finding one’s bearings. A soothing sunrise, the sweet sound of waves, the fresh breeze and lots of solitude are the best concoctions for peace. I hope, wish & pray that he found his peace in the beach and eventually, within himself.
(This photo was my instant favorite the moment I clicked it and hence I wanted this to be the last of the beach series. I hope you all enjoyed the beach series as much as I enjoyed posting it. Thanks for all your comments and kind words.)

'Spirituality is something that requires a deep, penetrated struggle within yourself.' - His Holiness Younus AlGohar
Find a quiet place, learn to be still
relax, release your tensions,
study your surroundings,
see the sunlight stream through the trees
notice that change is in the nature of all things,
open your mind, open your heart,
let your love shine upon the world,
feel your peace within.

Picture was taken in april, but I just need to remember the sun, the warmth. The only time the weather was hot was when we had thunderstorm and it just felt like we were in an oven. Anyway, I'm tired of sky being cloudy and rain all the time. Please, bring me a little warm summer.
(I haven't listen to this song for many years, don't know why, it's so brilliant)
"They" say all the answers are within. I believe that because I have experienced moments of clarity, so bright that I dazzle myself. But these moments are fleeting, and the past still so heavy to bear. So I keep searching, for my own eternal flame. May it one day cease to elude me, so that my full potential can shine through.
The Inner Me, the Outta Me, something in between, something in the middle, it's above and beyond, but it's all inside me. It's just an idea, an idea of my soul, of my outta me and my inner me, something bigger than that, but never too far. It's near enough, but not touching. It's kind of controlling me. Controlling who? Yes, that's the right question. finally. Ripped and eviscerated.
'Spiritual knowledge is not something that you will be able to adopt by choice.' - His Holiness Younus AlGohar
This is the best way to admire and enjoy the song of holy river Ganges. People find their inner peace sitting over/by a rock for hours and watching the flow of Ganges in the world capital of Yoga from ages.
An evening shot.

"How Many Times, Have u Heard Someone Say,
If I Had Money, I Would Do Things My Way.
But Little They Know, That It's So Hard To Find
One Rich Man In Ten, With A Satisfied Mind.
Money Can't Buy Back, All Your Youth When Your Old
A Friend When Your Lonley, Or Peace To Your Soul
The Wealtiest Person, Is A Pauper At Times
Compared To The Man, With a Satisfied Mind.
When My Life Is Over, And My Time Has Run Out,
My Friends and My Lovers, I Will Leave, Theres No Doubt
But One Things For Certain, When It Comes My Time
I'll Leave This Old World With A Satisfied Mind......."

It is the most beautiful track.
Dandelion (Taraxacum) has never disappeared in the southeast even in winter. They are native to North America and bloom from spring to fall. I find they are extremely cute and attractive, especially for spring bees and butterflies. After flowering is gone, the flower head will dry for few days and it then forms a parachute shaped ball with dispersal seeds. When next time you pick up a Dandelion, don't forget to make a wish before you blow it and that wish might come true :)
This is a lucky shot for me as I was photographing this Dandelion and wind blew all seeds and left one. I just happened to have my camera with me :)
