Meditation is one of the healthiest things that I have ever done in my life. During some very difficult and dark times it helped us to tune out and find our inner peace. It works every time! For me meditation is a real life saver and I do not want to miss it ever again.
I know there are a lot of people who do not believe in it and make jokes about it, but isn't it silly to judge something you have never tried? Something that costs you nothing more then 5-10 minutes of your time and will help you find your balance and maybe even happiness. If you don't try it, you'll never know...
Inner peace
A place of peace where you feel at ease
No need to resist or even persist
No have-to or must-do
To be or not to be,
for me no question.
My suggestion:
To do or not to do,
it is all up to you…
I may and I say,
I am what I am.
The spirit in me,
a soul being free.
No need for insurance or any endurance.
Not feeling needy, not being greedy.
Feeling secure, being pure.
No pain or weep, shallow or deep,
in the darkness of night and the brightness of light,
going along, feeling so strong.
You can begin by looking within.
Without pressure, find your treasure.
Jewels divine, make them shine.
When you wear it, you will share it.
As a decoration, for appreciation.
To be satisfied is happiness being magnified.
Being at ease feeling spiritual peace,
Has no beginning or end, just feeling content.
Has no shape or color to see, it’s been, is and will be.
Being there, allover, everywhere, definitely, infinity.

#AskYounusAlGohar - How does God grant guidance to human beings?
Main Points:
- There is a method for every action. If you want to buy a TV, you must go to the seller, ask for the price and pay for it and then bring it home with you. The big brands like Samsung, Sony, LG etc have different outlets and showrooms where they sell their TVs and you can go there and buy them.
- In a similar way, God grants guidance to human beings through his representatives. They are called Spiritual Guides. God grants them the permission to pass on guidance.
- The Spiritual Guide takes your appearance to God and asks God to befriend you. If God accepts you he will attach two angel-like creatures with you who help to enter God's name into the beating system of your heart. Once God's name enters your heart and Divine Light begins to generate therein you have obtained guidance from God.
- The Spiritual Guide is very important because you cannot reach God by yourself. God said in the Koran that one whom he wishes to misguide will be deprived of finding a Spiritual Guide.
