All striped bass, males and females, are injected with a pellet hormone to induce spawning. Gulf strain striped bass restoration continues throughout the Appalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin. Dam construction, loss of habitat and poor water quality are some of the causes for the decline of this sport fish, as biologists have discovered that striped bass have difficulty reproducing in the river system. Often the collection of insufficient broodstock has prevented the fulfillment of fry commitments to each of the hatcheries. Currently Gulf strain domestic broodstock are being held at several hatcheries to alleviate such a problem. However, the ability to reliably spawn these domesticated broodstock is lacking. This project was designed to investigate the capabilities for maturing broodstock in a temperature controlled environment and inducing spawning through the use of hormonal injections.

Il y a eu des injections de béton et polymères dans les piliers nord et sud du pont de Québec. Cependant il n'est pas assuré que ce soit par cette entreprise juste à en voir les traces en surface . Il y a beaucoup de secrets dans les travaux commandités par le CN. Pour ma part je crois qu'il pourrait y avoir de fort bonnes raisons pour taire le type l'ampleur et la nature des travaux. Les entreprises signent t'elles des ententes avec le CN exigeant le secret?
