Harbin city in the far north east of China was developed just over 100 years ago as a railway junction town by the Russians. As a result, today, Harbin has many extant old Russian buildings. These old buildings copied the Baroque style that had once been popular throughout Europe.

Description:
M99 is a spiral galaxy in the Coma Berenices constellation. It resides within the Virgo galaxy cluster and is considered on of the brightest galaxies within the cluster.
M99 is called a "grand design spiral galaxy", meaning it has well-defined spiral arms. Officially it has 2 spiral arms, but I think it looks like 3 short arms and one long arm. It also looks peculiar because its core is shift off center.

I love these things so much that I bought a series of cards that have the station information on them. We were headed south, or to the right, on this day towards Shin-Tosu.
We were given drinks and nibbles and settled down for a concert by a female vocal ensemble. They were very good - but we could have done with some indication of what the songs were about.
