Day 3 (it started raining at the top of Dead Womans Pass and didn't stop until the next day so I have no photos, I was concentrating on not slipping and falling flat on my behind).

 

Those white specs off in the distance? That's where we camped. Yes, leave camp and up, up, up we go. I'm sensing a theme here.

see blue dot? that's somebody finishing that last bit up to dead woman's pass, looking down from the top. it kinda sucked - but the payoff at the top was so absolutely worth it.

And then you cross the pass and realise you have to descend into an actual cloud.

Little did we know that THAT was just the easy part.
