When I get emails from LTD Magazine, I immediately check it out - in fact it is usually the highlight of my email inbox.
Last week, I read the announcement of the LTD Group Gift (free) from 22769 ~ [bauwerk] called Decadence is Bliss Deco Set.

I scooped up the free gift and my creative juices exploded. Coupled with recent pieces from MudHoney at August's Collaborii, I have created my own little den of inequity. There are a ton of pics, but the scene is loaded with detail. If you want to take a look, here is the SLURL which will be available through Monday, September 1.

This just goes into my "messages to me" album... for days that I open my inbox and find one of my messages from the Universe aimed directly at my heart and I look around and feel as if someone is there, sending these messages to me, knowing that I need them! Hoping that the end to the roller coaster ride will eventually come, and will be replaced with joy and happiness and confidence. Fly away troubles and cares, I need to breathe...
So, if the words help your soul too... I'll share...
"Growth, healing, change. They all come with a roller coaster of emotions.
Sometimes we feel like we are up to the challenge, sometimes we forget there's even a challenge. Then, the next minute, we can be bursting into tears with overwhelm, feeling like there's NO WAY we can meet the challenge.
None of the emotions are wrong. They are all part of the journey. All of the emotions are temporary, though sometimes we feel like we are in a funk that might last forever.
Don't be afraid of what you are feeling. Let yourself feel it. Hear out your feelings. Listen to what they have to say, what they have to teach. Often emotions will linger until we really listen to them instead of trying to stuff them down to a hidden place.
Difficult feelings will pass. Good feelings will come back. Joy will come back, confidence will come back, dreams will come back, laughter will come back.
Don't be afraid when you are feeling down that you will never feel right again.
Sometimes feeling down is just where you need to be to hear what your soul is trying to tell you. Just listen, dear girl. Listen closely and be patient. You will feel right again.
You are strong, amazing and competent. You have come such a long way, and you can keep going.
YOU are loved."

"From a few years of restaurant experience and a lifetime of stuffing my face I have come to the conclusion that you’re either a lamb person or a pig person. Those who grew up eating pig find the smell and taste of lamb to be un-appetizing. Those who grew up eating lamb find the smell and taste of pork to be a bit funky. Some of my favorite foods include pork, bacon, ham, and pork rinds. I find that lamb (especially when overcooked) smells and tastes weird. Nevertheless, a well cooked lamb chop is moist, succulent, and delicious. And, as a chef at school always tells us, “if you cook for yourself, you’ll go out of business.” So here’s my spring lamb dish....
...In this dish I paired spring flavors of mint, orange, fennel, and garlic with lamb chops. The chops are cooked sous vide to exactly 145° F then quickly seared to create a deep brown, caramelized crust. I made a rich white bean and roasted garlic puree that I paired with stewed carrots, calamata olives, and garlic chips. A yogurt mint sauce cuts through the richness of the lamb and beans and provides a burst of bright flavor. Finally, the lamb is served with a shaved fennel, blood orange, and almond salad."

this is why i choose google apps for emails. in 30 days i get over 6000 spam emails. i have yet to find any hosting company to offer this kind of spam management.
i also like the 7 gigs of email storage. once i hit the 7 gigs. i have to kick in for the 25 gig account. i feel it coming sooner than later.
