A second mistake on my part led me to a solution to fix the first mistake I made last week. The cluster is stable again.
I joined the gym back in December and I've actually been going! I even bought myself a proper pair of running shoes. I didn't realise the difference a decent pair of trainers can make to an exercise routine especially the treadmill. I'm putting the effort into improving my stamina and distance instead of finding ways to stop my feet from hurting when I run. Unfortunately the trim is pink which is not a colour I'm known for wearing.

Caolan, resplendent in reindeer cape, won't let me photograph his puppies until Aunt Kathy shows up. Thus the blurry pic. It's hard being a paparazzo.
