This picture was taken with original drone Mavic Pro of famous church in Garda Lake area, Sanctuary Madonna della Corona.
Located along the southern shore of Lake Ontario, Braddock Bay provides large grasslands, marshes and open waters. An Important stop along the Atlantic flyway for big gatherings of migrating raptors, waterfowl, and songbirds in the Spring and fall.
Immediately thought of the Beatles track - I Saw Her Standing There.

These rocks formations are located in the Bay of Fundy, at Fundy National Park. Bay of Fundy has the largest tidal fluctuations in the world, at 50+ feet in some areas, and the tide can go out over a kilometer. When the tide is all the way out, you can literally walk on the ocean floor.
This gallinule was foraging in the foliage at the Green Cay Wetlands, Florida. It was accompanied by a male gallinule.
Our best guess on this bird is that it is a female because of its coloring - more greenish brown on the neck and head and body. However, discussion with friends raises the question if it might be a juvenile male. If anyone knows definitively please comment.
The harvest season has arrived early this year on the Palouse. The summer green tones, have now been replaced with the golden tones.
