He is popularizing science through song, innovative demonstrations and motivational speech since 1990 in different parts of Odisha state without taking any fees.
Dr. Panda is an extreme motivational speaker in science and possess magical scientific demonstration and a crowd puller.
Innovator Mihir Kumar Panda loves nature and in his agricultural farm he does not uses the chemicals , fertilizers and pesticides. In his farm even the smallest creatures like snakes, caterpillar, white ants, worms ,vermies are in peace and are managed successfully not to do harm.

The Grace Period has begun.
With the ringing in of 2015, the HVAC industry has fully implemented the new Regional Standards involving the New Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) ratings. All regions will move from 13 SEER and 7.7 HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) to a new national heat pump efficiency minimum of 14 SEER and 8.2 HSPF. The new regulations also allow an 18-month grace period, so until June of 2016, distributors will be allowed to sell and install their remaining inventory.
Additionally, changes have also taken place with the FTC EnergyGuide label, commonly known as the yellow “hang-tag” attached to the heating and cooling system. The label used to contain the SEER and HSPF ratings for the unit in relation to similar models; it will be a new label for split-system air conditioners and heat pumps. Instead of a single rating point, they will now show a range representing the lowest and highest SEER ratings for all the condenser’s certified coil combinations.
What do the new regional standards mean for you as a homeowner?
In 2005, the minimum regional standards changed from 10 SEER to 13 SEER and the industry saw a large build ahead. Being this change is not nearly as dramatic as it’s predecessor, it shouldn’t effect nearly as many homeowners. But the question will be, should I take advantage of this grace period and get the cheapest unit possible while it’s still available, or is it better to accept the new regulations and install a 14 SEER system?
Pros to Installing a 13 SEER system while supplies last:
Until Inventory runs out with local distributors, this will be the cheapest initial cost for a new system.
Cons to Installing a 13 SEER system while supplies last:
After a few years, replacement parts may become harder to find and more expensive to replace.
This system is the least efficient system on the market.
Rebates and Tax incentives are not available for these models.
If you replace part of your system (let’s say outdoor unit) with a 13 SEER and in future years the system needs to be updated (let’s say indoor unit), you will have to spend much more on the indoor unit to have it meet the 14 SEER requirement on the EnergyGuide Sticker update.

Araya en el sector de Forestal. En las canchas del recinto, decenas de niños y jóvenes de 7 a 14 años, se dan cita cada martes y jueves de 16:30 a 18:30 hrs. a practicar el deporte que los apasiona.

El Gobernador del Estado, Ing. Carlos Lozano de la Torre, recibió esta mañana a Felipe Borrego Estrada, Secretario Técnico para la implementación de las Reformas Constitucionales sobre Seguridad y Justicia, encuentro en el que el jurista invitó a la entidad a ser parte de un proyecto piloto en conjunto con la Procuraduría General de la República para modernizar el sistema judicial de Aguascalientes, que permitirá obtener capacitación para los operadores, recursos para difusión, esquemas de planeación y prospectiva, así como seguimiento estrecho para la evaluación y seguimiento de la implementación.
Con la operación de las dos unidades de monitoreo atmosférico en la Ciudad de Oaxaca, el Gobierno del Estado cuenta con herramientas para diseñar e implementar estrategias en beneficio de la población y el medio ambiente.

Ukraine’s priorities include joining NATO, implementing the decisions of the Alliance's Washington Summit, and jointly intercepting Russian missiles and drones. This was the focus of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s discussion with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during their meeting in Kyiv.
This is Mark Rutte’s first foreign visit as the leader of the North Atlantic Alliance. President Zelenskyy noted that this visit immediately clearly outlines the current priorities, indicating where the defense of shared Euro-Atlantic values is taking place right now.
“Our key goal is Ukraine’s full NATO membership. Ukraine can become the thirty-third member of NATO. Ukrainians deserve this,” said the President.
During the meeting, the parties thoroughly discussed the prospects for cooperation, the Victory Plan and the feasibility of Ukraine's approach to a just end to the war, the situation on the battlefield, and the needs of our units, including weapons and brigade staffing.
“Ukraine needs to strengthen its positions on the frontline so that we can increase pressure on Russia for the sake of fair, real diplomacy. That is why we need a sufficient quantity and quality of weapons, including long-range weapons, the provision of which, in my opinion, is being delayed by our partners,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.
A separate focus of the discussion was Ukraine’s air defense needs. It is crucial for Ukraine that all air defense agreements, including those reached at the NATO Summit in Washington this July, are implemented before winter begins. Additionally, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mark Rutte discussed additional cooperation with neighboring countries, drawing on examples from the Middle East.
“Jointly intercepting Iranian missiles is no different from jointly intercepting Russian missiles, and especially "Shaheds," which link the Russian and Iranian regimes. What we need in our region is more determination from our partners to put an end to Russian terror,” the President emphasized.
Mark Rutte noted that, as NATO Secretary General, he will do everything possible to increase support for Ukraine.
“Your security matters for ours. Your fight for freedom reflects our core principles and values,” he said.
According to the NATO Secretary General, member states of the Alliance plan to boost their own defense capabilities and strengthen Ukraine’s defense industry.
“Ukraine is closer to NATO than ever before. And we will continue on this path until you become a member of our Alliance. I very much look forward to that day,” said Mark Rutte.
