National weekend 1993- I took this photo to prove my car actually got there!

(it was a long way from Birmingham to North Yorkshire ;with a clapped out car, running a MK1 'curly edge' block with replacement stud/bolt, carb was falling to bits and had to be bodged with lots of washers and some tape!).

On a forrested moon, the Imperials scout the surrounding region for possible threats.

Inspired by a loveable little toddler.

A recent posting by Renown featuring his beloved Hillman Imp, reminded me that I'd taken this photo for him earlier this year. Not being a Ford, I'd forgotten that I'd taken the photo, indeed my associates questioned why I was pointing the camera at a non-Ford car.

This Imp, in a lovely shade of red, was parked at Bridgnorth Station on the Severn Valley Railway's 1960s day in February 2009.
