This weekend I did two photo shoots that resulted in four different edits. In my new video I go through 3 of those edits and how it took a mixture of curiosity and failure to finally create the image I set out to make. Sometimes I discover my message by telling stories that don't resonate with me so that I understand what does. This spot in front of the Imagination Pavilion is my favorite spot to shoot an EPCOT sunset. The variations in color in both the Pavilion lighting and those incredible Florida sunsets ensure you’re never going to see the same thing twice.
The Sun has set and the night has embraced the track such that you could imagine that you were heading along almost any way to arrive relatively anywhere you wished. The lights only reach so far and you can imagine much further than that reach, it is no stretch at all to wonder where the open roads may take you. The journey has begun and there is no sure conclusion to this magical night and to this almost unbelievable journey.

Without imagination our life would be truly different. Imagination not only helps us plan our life but also to create something new, something that only existed somewhere deep in our mind. Without the ability to imagine we wouldn't have any forms of art, like music, paintings or photographs. Without imagination this photograph would not exist.

Sci-Fi and Fantasy books have always been an important part of my life. Jules Vernes' fantastic travels, JRR Tolkien's immense lore and stories and Frank Herbert mystic sci-fi filled my imaginative early years and had a big impact on my life and dreams... And of course on what I build with Lego.
