A Slinky is a toy pre-compressed helical spring invented by Richard James.

It can perform a number of tricks, including travelling down a flight of steps end-over-end as it stretches and re-forms itself with the aid of gravity and its own momentum.

I see some other objects in them... LOL

Your imagination is the most efficient spooky engine there is... you just feed it with a photo, a detail and off you go, right?

Les garçons seront toujours des garçons : leur curiosité commence dès l'enfance. Alors que les meilleurs amis Harald et Marcus se promènent dans leur ville natale, une affiche sur la périphérie de la ville enflamme leur imagination. !

Boys will be boys: their curiosity begins in childhood. As best friends Harald and Marcus glide through their hometown, a poster on the city's outskirts ignites their imagination. !

Back to the realm of colors folks! Since everywhere I look now I can see only white snow and half dead trees, I had to pull something from the colorful days! This was taken on the streets of Newbury Port. I came across a garden full of amazing flowers, but unfortunately it was private property, so I couldn't get in. I set up my tripod just outside the fens and was all set to shoot. That's when the owner of the house decided to arrive! She was quite baffled at my elaborate preparation, but later when I told her about my intentions, she looked rather flattered! I took her e-mail address and mailed her some of the photos later.

If you squint, you can almost see the Three Wise Men and their camels .....

The equivalent of a twenty-year old girl who has been fascinating the world with her imagination.

This is for Kitty Gallanaugh because she completed her 365 today.

Kitty, I remember seeing your photos for the first time. I remember those vibrant colours, your life and what you see in the world captured so beautifully. I remember going through all of your photos and the messages we exchanged a few days later. The only thing I don't remember is when all that took place. Because at this moment, I feel like I've known you for so long. I don't have a lot to say really that would express how much your work means to me. It's just that when I look at a photo you took, I'm looking at a world that seems perfect. Your perfect little world. Now I know that you went through hard times as well, that it is probably anything but perfect, that you might be just as unsure at times as everybody else. But what you make of it is just so beautiful to look at. So lovely actually. And as a matter of fact that is the one word that I always connect to you in my mind. I am not quite sure as to why that is, but when I think about it it just fits. You are lovely, I’ve seen that in your words, your photos, and even more so in a video you once made. Which is why I am so excited to finally meet you in real life. But for now, this photo is for you and I want to congratulate you for finishing your 365 project. And at the same time I want to thank you, for sharing 365 wonderful photos and more with us in the past year. I've looked at every single one and as a whole, they couldn’t have been any more perfect. I hope you know that, and I hope that your photos will forever be a part of my life.

Golden Pavilion, Kyoto, Japan.

Golden Pavilion in Kyoto is one of the most visited attractions: it is noisy and very crowded. So it presents quite a challenge to show its startling beauty, find a solitude and avoid people in the frame. Unless you shoot the reflections, let the water ripples take care of the details and let you imagination do its magic…..

It 's just a ball, what I try to shot to get the bokeh and angle for people imagination !

The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a

green thing that stands in the way. Some see Nature all ridicule and

deformity, and some scarce see Nature at all. But to the eyes of the

man of imagination, Nature is Imagination itself. - William Blake

It is what you think it is, just let your imagination fly. An atomic bomb, a jelly fish?: it's just light and dark sands pushed about by wave and tide on Fascadale beach, and some frothy spume.

This started from imagining the path as a river, then built on the contrasts between different textures in the original.

Trying to work out where one texture ended and the next began was quite a challenge, but all in all a fun way to start the day on a lazy Sunday morning.
