These are bigtooth maple trees, found here and there in Texas in isolated pockets and are quite colorful in the fall. These may be in Big Bend Park, but I can't remember for sure.

Macro Monday: Theme - Belief
I don't want to saturate my stream and put you through yet another of my journaling work images but it's the last one...I promise! I liked the way this one turned out and didn't want it to end up forgotten.

Polaroid Image Transfer - 35mm Kodachrome slide printed onto Polaroid 64T 4x5 Tungsten instant sheet film via an O+ER Proprinter II (w/ 3/4 CTO filter added) and transferred to 140lb watercolor paper using the "wet transfer" method.
