Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I finally had time to work on older photos. These were taken in 2010 when we visited New York City and Boston. As soon as we arrived home I ended up in the hospital and over the course of 4 months had both knees replaced. As a result I never got around to editing and posting images from that trip. So now it the time so enjoy.
IconLocal Hawaii brought together designers, developers, civic innovators and community service providers that assist the homeless to develop visual icons. This project was done in partnership with the Noun Project, a movement to develop simple, universal, public domain symbols. The event was organized by Hawaii Open Data, with the Institute for Human Services, the Interagency Council for the Homeless, and the Hawaii Community Development Authority. Aug 17, 2013

This thing was older than dirt when the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth. I know, it's an arbitrary date, but it puts it all in perspective. Beautiful.
