I was sitting in a coffeeshop outside San Francisco earlier, and one of those 'caution - wet floor' bathroom signs caught my eye... You know the one: where the icon-man is slipping on the wet floor and tumbling through the air?
So I started playing around with this classic icon to see what might happen with just line and value... A familiar shape, a few quick lines, and some fast shading.
What in the world are all these people doing? Any ideas?

Shot with Hasselblad 500C/M, Planar 2,8/80 and extension tube 55 (ƒ8, 8 sec. exposure, natural lighting), on Ilford HP3 120 film, expired September, 1955. Developed in Calbe R09 ("Rodinal" clone), 1+125 solution, for 1 hour, 1 minute water rinse and 6 minutes fix. Scanned in colour. – View large, and at least two meters away from the screen.
