This is Shafiq Behroozian, the head of the Sobhan Social and Cultural Foundation, based in Herat, Afghanistan. He bought a cowboy hat in Texas, and wanted a photo with me - so I showed him how to do the University of Texas "hook 'em Horns" sign. This is after my session with the US State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), which visited Portland, Oregon in January 2013 through World Oregon. Here's my blog about the experience. And here is more about my training and consulting services.
