Auf dem Weg nach Österreich übernachte ich bei meinem Bruder. Da alle etwas länger schlafen, nutze ich die frühen Morgenstunden, um bei Seebruck zu fotografieren. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was ich kriegen werde. Auf der einen Seite sehen wir schönes Morgenrot. Auf der anderen Seite zieht immer dichterer Nebel auf als wir uns dem See nähern.

The extreme off center composition was not intended, but she was moving around a lot (as 4 year olds tend to do) and happened to make that face, which I loved. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but I’m happy with the outcome.
BRUGES AT NIGHT (1)
Bruges, with its canal-based centre is beautiful at night. While darkness shrouds the tow-path, subtle lighting allows visitors to walk through the centre and soak in the beauty of its buildings . Taken at 22:04 last evening (13 April 2016). More to come.

On my first visit to the Trefor coast I totally walked past these sea stacks. Not this time. The sky had no clouds so waited for the sun to set for the graduation of colours that follow. ISO 160, f14, 1.3s

В этот раз в Варанаси мы познакомились с интересным садху, который всегда ходит в сопровождении своего верного друга, весьма таки внушительной обезьяны макака резус. Вместе они ездят по городу на велосипеде, прогуливаются по улицам, в полуденную жару по очереди перебирают друг другу волосы/шерсть в поисках паразитов. Живут они на подаяния паломников и деньги, полученные от туристов. Причем, если вы дадите недостаточно денег, к примеру, за фотографирование данной парочки, то баба говорит, что, мол, мне и этого достаточно, а вот обезьянка осталась недовольной. А она в этот момент начинает скалиться и чуть ли не нападать на вас. Тут уж бедным туристам ничего не остается, кроме как дать еще больше денег, чтоб успокоить свирепую макаку :)) Эта колоритная парочка обитает в районе Асси Гхат, так что если будете в священном городе Каши (древнее название Варанаси), можете понаблюдать за ними ;)
